Sleep Inn - SeaTac Airport

2.5 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

My stay was one night as I was headed back to the airport the next morning. Easy to get to from the airport and conveniently located next to a 24 hour restaurant. Room was clean but a little small. Overall a pleasant experience and I would stay there again for the price of the room was better than most in the area.

Pros: affordable, good breakfast, clean room, quiet, nice staff, overall positive experience Cons: small rooms, no view, no tubs (only available for handicap rooms which you have to pay extra), 2 double beds were a little small for the 4 of us.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered tips to best get around Seattle. It's nice to have the perks of not staying in a city (free parking, free refrigerator in room, etc) but still being close to the city.

This hotel's main business is serving travelers coming and going to the Sea Tac airport and it does,a great job. There is a terminal in the lobby for checking into your flight, the shuttle is well organized with plenty of reminders telling you to reserve a spot and other details. There is a full breakfast starting at 6:00AM with a generous continental breakfast at all hours and the staff is both professional and friendly.

Shuttle driver very helpful. He dropped us at Sharp's restaurant and took our bags to hotel and then came back for us after dinner!

Service staff very nice both upstairs and down, even when busy.

Totally adequate, clean hotel with a free shuttle to and from the airport. The staff were helpful and courteous. Our room was nice (small bathroom though) and we ate dinner at 10 PM at the 24 hour IHOP that shares the parking lot with the hotel. The hotel's free breakfast had a wide variety of food including fresh fruit, muffins, bagels, English muffins, yoghurt, hard boiled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, etc. I don't know that I'd stay here for any other reason other than a flight layover, but for a layover, this is a great hotel at a very reasonable price considering the amenities!

Flew into Seattle late, and checked in after midnight. Room was adequate and comfortable. Staff was friendly. No complaints.

Because of recent reviews, I expected a bit more. This is a clean but average hotel. Nothing special at all and you can tell the remodel was just superficial. Our room, on the bottom floor, had contact paper on the window to block the fact that a sketchy make-shift shack house was on the other side and I can't say that made me feel safe or worthy of the price.

Nice free breakfast, free shuttle, worked well for our layover.

I was on a short vacation and did not wish to stay in the city, so I chose this hotel. I had stayed at a Aleep Inn when traveling across country once and it was nice enough, so I thought I'd go with them again. Mistake number one. The hotel room smelled of mold, and they were unwilling to change my room. My vehicle, even though parked right in front of the hotel, was tampered with (license plate partially removed and gas tank opened). I asked management if they had cameras in the parking lot for their guest, and she said no with nothing else. Oh, well, lesson learned. Lastly, the restaraunts in the area close at 10 pm, except IHop. Crazy.

Inexpensive hotel, very nice staff. Close to Southcenter mall and airport.

This is a convenient hotel to Seatac. When it is on sale online it is a good value.

Couldn't make long distance calls on the phone, but otherwise perfect. Reasonable rate.

Everyone from the shuttle driver to the check-in staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was fresh and very clean. the noise level was tolerable, even being so close to the airport. I will stay again to be sure.

Very clean and comfortable room. Wifi was fast and strong signal. Close to the airport and shuttle service was quick and easy. We would stay there again.

This was a beat the traffic overnight stay which worked out perfectly. Very clean up to date room with a midsize fridge and a microwave and a flat screen tv and a modern desk chair. My only complaint was the bath towels were smaller than usual but there were two. Room even came with a free breakfast. I would use stay again whenever I am at SEATAC.

We are always a little shocked at hotel room cost in Seattle, but this is definitely reasonable given the options. The shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful as was the night desk help.

Melanie was a terrific Front Desk agent. Cheerful and efficient. Rooms were better than I expected. Great location, value and service. IHOP on site open 24 hours wonderful bonus!

Well arrived in seattle about 8:15pm called hotel to inquire about shuttle service to hotel it was a problem I waited about almost 2 hours for shuttle had to take yellow cab the one good thing in all this was they reimburse me for yhe cab and the staff remedy the shuttle in a very professional way and yhey gave me a upgrade which was good overall good night staff and good rest for me thumbs up for sleep inn @ seatac
