Sleep Inn - SeaTac Airport

2.5 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

Very convenient to SeaTac airport as well as Rail link to downtown Seattle. Staff friendly. Rooms clean. And nice fruit offered at free breakfast.

Other than hard beds and no hot water, our room was fine.

It was awsome an experience. I will stay there again when I go back to Seattle

I would love to give this hotel a 5 since they got almost everything right..., except the ONE MOST IMPORTANT THING... THE BEDS! I’ve stayed here once before and when I realized I’d booked them again (I confuse them with another chain), my stomach dropped because I remembered how VERY HARD the beds were. They told me the rooms had been updated and I hoped beyond hope the beds were good ... not! The hardest, most uncomfortable beds, no amount of blankets, towels (even used my parka) for padding could make them comfortable. If you like a very hard bed, where you can also hear the springs when you sit on it, then you’re in luck! Otherwise, you will not get a good’s Night rest. Sleep Inn, people book hotels to SLEEP, which is part of your name, so please skimp on something else, not the beds! (If corporate management is reading this, Tuft & Needle’s beds are AMAZING, and extremely affordable! And I don’t work for them, I just own one and it’s the best bed I’ve ever had, and the cheapest.) Your reviews would skyrocket.

This is a convenient hotel close to the airport. Though the air conditioning system is outdated, the room has a fridge and a microwave, the breakfast starts early, and the folks at the front desk are very helpful.

The hotel was good. Neighbors awful. We had to tiptoe around at 8pm because they felt we were to loud. We couldnt open the drawers or the closet due to the "noise" Ridiculous! It made the night very uncomfortable. Thank goodness for comfy beds.

I use this hotel quite often. Rooms are very comfortable, location is great. They could use more staff sat the desk but that is probably the worst I could say about them. I have used many hotels in the area and this is my all-time favorite when traveling.

Rooms are in good shape and well furnished, making it easy to stay multiple nights. Breakfast has a good variety, is well run, though space is tight. There is also an IHOP in the same parking lot. Location is convenient and easy to get to.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff courteous, responsive and helpful. Breakfast not overly impressive but okay nonetheless. Main drawback was sound suppression; walls seem thin or lacking adequate insulation to muffle sound in nearby rooms and hallways. Overall enjoyed my five night stay.

We stay here each time we overnight in Seattle!! Great accommodations with hotel shuttle and restaurants close by

The desk clerks were extremely helpful.and polite.

The highway noise is horrible. It is as if you’re sleeping directly on the side of a road or on a motor speedway. Never again!

This is my new favorite SEATAC hotel. The hotel room was very nice, almost perfect (sans a little bit of mold in the shower in hard to get places). The air was also very nice, clean smelling. The buffet breakfast in the morning was extensive, warm potatoes/sausage/biscuits gravy and all the other standards of breakfast. Hotel staff was very nice. The airport shuttle guys tried very hard... but in rush hour traffic it's apparently very difficult to go even 2 miles to the airport. My pickup took way way too long.

Clean rooms and nice staff. Highly recommend it. Close proximity to the airport and free parking.

Customer service 100 percent. Dean, the van driver was great. Just his great service alone would make us stay here again.

My stay was one night as I was headed back to the airport the next morning. Easy to get to from the airport and conveniently located next to a 24 hour restaurant. Room was clean but a little small. Overall a pleasant experience and I would stay there again for the price of the room was better than most in the area.

Pros: affordable, good breakfast, clean room, quiet, nice staff, overall positive experience Cons: small rooms, no view, no tubs (only available for handicap rooms which you have to pay extra), 2 double beds were a little small for the 4 of us.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered tips to best get around Seattle. It's nice to have the perks of not staying in a city (free parking, free refrigerator in room, etc) but still being close to the city.

This hotel's main business is serving travelers coming and going to the Sea Tac airport and it does,a great job. There is a terminal in the lobby for checking into your flight, the shuttle is well organized with plenty of reminders telling you to reserve a spot and other details. There is a full breakfast starting at 6:00AM with a generous continental breakfast at all hours and the staff is both professional and friendly.

Shuttle driver very helpful. He dropped us at Sharp's restaurant and took our bags to hotel and then came back for us after dinner!
