Airport transfer was good and the reason we booked this hotel.

Ok place being updated. Comfortable beds. Ok for a place with quick access to airport.

I was relocation so I am not very picky. Ok experience.

For the price it was fine. The staff were nice and friendly. The room was clean. The location couple be better.

Location is perfect for Seatac. Rooms are not so clean. Particularly a bad, musty smell in rooms. But for just overnight stay to catch the flight, its OK

The staff was very nice when we arrived, told us what to expect, when to bring the car keys, when to leave for the airport, etc. Our room was nice and clean, on the 3rd floor with an elevator that took us up. It is an older motel, but it was nice.

Room had stains on the carpet and holes in the bedding, but it was clean, and I would choose this hotel again if I needed to stay by the airport. Convenient free shuttle and 24/7 reception was great!

We pulled up and immediately were worried, but stayed positive. We got to the room and it smelled like smoke from the conjoined room. The guy next door was chain smoking. We always check the room/bed for bed bugs before we bring our stuff in. Thankfully we did, because this hotel was infested. We went to the front desk(which is just a hotel room) and said we are checking out. She said okay, like she was use to hearing this and said if we want our money back we will have to call Orbitz. Ramada Inn gladly paid ur cab fare and picked us up. Do not stay here if you don't want to have bed bug company hitch a ride back to your home.

Water hot, bed clean, airport shuttle on time. Meets minimum standard.

First room was filled with smoke even though the non-smoking room. Second room had white stains all over the carpet. The sofa couch was half sprung and wouldn't go down. The chair had metal sticking out that cut my fiancé.

First the pictures do not represent the current hotel. There is no continental breakfast, no ice machine, no privacy, or respect as a paying customer. To many none Americans owning hotels and motels and really just taking peoples many. There were holes in the ceiling in the bathroom as well as the living area of the room. I had to kill a bed bug on my Childs pillow and they acted as if it was no big deal.

No ice machine, very loud, and no privacy. Guest are very strange and staff put lil to no money into property. Guest are allowed to have their kids run around the complex and through halls with no respect for others.

The Internet did not work There was no breakfast as promised The driver would not leave meet me at the airport until I was already at he pick up location, took 30 minutes to get there Room was dirty.

They gave me a jacuzzi room at no extra charge. That's the good news. Couldn't get the jacuzzi drain stop to close, so had to hold it down with my foot to get the jacuzzi to fill. Then the TV wouldn't work. Then it popped on at about 4 a.m. when I was sleeping.. Had to unplug it to sleep as it kept coming on. At least the shuttle service is reliable and runs 24 hours.

The hotel overall was great, especially the breakfast. Will be back again.

We had to wait for over an hour for the shuttle. I had to call 5 times to finally get it to pick us up. The driver was rude as well as argumentative. The front desk clerk was very polite every time I had to call to see when the shuttle could be expected. Our reservation was for a non-smoking room however, the first room definitely was not a non-smoking room. Again, the front desk clerk was ver accommodating. The next room was better but only just slightly. There were no light bulbs in the lamps and the room was exceptionally hot. This is decidedly a no frills hotel. The one redeeming feature was the the shuttle driver was a different one than the previous evening.

My three dsy stay at the Skyway Inn was great. For the price, I felt like I received more than what I paid for. The staff was friendly, the room was very comfortable and it was located centrally for me. Thanks

okay cheap motel

decent budget hotel
