Seattle Airport Marriott

3.5 out of 5.0

Facility is beautiful with a good restaurant and bar. The only problem was the new bathroom door, which I'm sure they will fix.

Get rid of the sliding bathroom door, or fix it so it closes...put one or two hooks on the bathroom wall, for towels or robes. the walk around the pool is very harsh on bare feet. the main door to the hall only closes completely by SLAMMING it hard. the bed was very comfy, and I liked the lighting in the bedroom.

Always like staying here. We stay here 2 times in 6 weeks .

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Being so close to the airport, I suspect that the hotel is mostly a traveler's hotel. With that, I expected to at least have a safe in my room, but there was none. I had to carry more money and jewelry on my person than I felt comfortable with, but had no choice. A small refrigerator would also have been nice. I had dinner one night in the hotel and the food was outstanding!

We stayed at the Marriott and have always stayed with them and never had a problem till now! The room was very small that we had a hard time fitting our stroller in room. The water wasn't draining in our bathtub which is pretty gross. I let management know and all I got was an "I'm sorry." Mind you that you need to pay $27 for parking! Wont be staying with Marriott again!

I paid a lot extra for this hotel compared to alternatives because I was traveling with my 5 year old son who wanted a swim. The room we got was near the pool, which I did not like because it meant we had no windows--had to close the curtains to people outside couldn't see in. And the evening swim was curtailed because of a "special event" held there...which I thought was rather lame. We paid for the pool, but couldn't use it.... Plus, parking was an extra $27, and the breakfast, although good, was not complimentary. Because of my rewards system I got the $10 Internet for free, but that seemed like an unnecessary charge in this era. Overall, this was a fine hotel, but not worth the extra expenses compared to the other airport alternatives.

That describes this chain to a "T" and this hotel was no different. Nothing bad but also nothing exceptional.

The charges were never ending. Charges for self-parking. Charges for wifi. Charges to ride the shuttle to the airport. Noisy! Noisy! The pool noise was unbelievable! The room was extremely hot...but can't open the window - the window opened to a enclosed pool area that smells of clorine! Tones of screaming kids in the pool until after 9 pm! No continental breakfast. TV didn't work properly. Staff was completely non-informative. Rooms were mediocre at best. Old carpet. Bathroom ran out of toilet paper - no extra rolls. Do not waste your money. Read the fine print!!! Worst hotel experience in years!!!

It was a comfortable stay. The shuttle service was great. The driver's we excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel because it was affordable and nice.

Nice hotel. Can be loud when housekeeping is cleaning the rooms. Also had to pay for WiFi per nite and also parking. When you check in they do not give any paperwork.

My husband and I stayed in a deluxe king room and were very impressed! The courtyard was a pleasant surprise. We were instantly transported out of cold and dreary Seattle into a tropical oasis. Top notch!

Live the pool and the restaurant. Nice shuttle to airport. I always stay here when in Seattle.

Great pool, love the scenary Staff very friendly Free wifi in lobby

Convenient but pricey. Parking is difficult and expensive.

I would not stay here again. Got put in the first floor level that was below the main ground so you really had a basement type feeling with barely a view out of the window (which is of the walkpath on the main floor)- and the ceiling height seemed to be shorter - did not like it all and did not seem to have a choice. The bed had a mattress that was not thick - like it was an older mattress not very comfortable. Room was clean but older. They need to spend money upgrading the rooms like they did the lobby and pool area.

Fist of all, Leslie at the front desk accommodated all of my special request and gave the the room type I was looking for in my stay. All staff were great and friendly.

Nice hotel, convenient to SeaTac, longterm parking available.

Great pool room view and patios. Indoor w skylights and ambiance of outside but is not

The location is pretty good.. Right across from the airport. The room wasn't as clean as it should've been. There was dust build up possibly from the room not being rented for a while. You could hear loud noise early in the morning. Had a housekeeper walk into the room at 8:30am. Room service was not consistent each time... They were missing items and it just wasn't worth waiting for them because the food would've been cold by the time everything came. Light did not work in the room so we entered a dark room when we check in late at night. Overall it wasn't the pleasant experience I was hoping for staying at a marriott.

The hotel was clean and the staff was inviting. The food at the restaurant was great also. I would definitely come back.
