I was not aware I booked a transit hotel for 6 hrs only. Have to add 2 more hours to get the sleep. End up paying us200 for an 8 hr stay. The room had NO window, looked like in a cell.
Dark room was great for sleeping
6 hours only and can't be extend are challenge with long hour flight customer
The price was right. The hotel is basic, but I only needed a place to sleep for a few hours and served that purpose very well.
Fine for a nap and shower whilst in transit. Comfortable bed.
Use of Pool was nice. Everything was as advertised on the website.
Served it's purpose very well. I bit loud with lots of doors closing in the hallway but I slept just fine.
Stayed here overnight while transferring from one flight to another. Good rates, surprisingly large, clean room and restroom/shower. Definitely will stay here if I ever fly through Singapore again.
OK facilities but rude check-in staff and no advanced knowledge from the hotel that they do not allow luggage storage at the hotel. This should've been clearly stated under the hotel's booking condition on my booking receipt. Their manager admitted that they had not stated that requirement anywhere
In their description they never said anything about if you don’t have a boarding pass, you can’t get in there. I called them twice before I arrive at the airport, they said nothing about it at all. And when I call them in the midnight when I arrive, they say there is nothing they can do until 9am in the morning. They also refuse to refund it saying they can’t process any booking requests until 9am. Told me they will get back to me when the office is open, but nothing ever since. It’s been more than 5 days.
