The rooms were pretty clean and comfortable. It’s a 5 star for me. The 1 star would be to get attention of the management to add a seamless wheelchair service for the guests. I would suggest the hotel to add this service for the guests.

Nice pool and spa, but a bit dated and the spa was very cold. Room was nice and cosy - good for sleeping, but pretty pricey! Bathroom had a bit of wear and tear. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

The room was ok .would have been nice to have had robes to use to go to the swimming pool .The pool area was fabulous nice pool nice loungers.We had a meal while there and it was also very nice .the beds and pillows in the room were very comfy.i found the room cold but when I asked about turning the Aircon off I was told it was on a set 22.5 .so couldn't turn off .it would have been nice also if there had been a body lotion in the bathroom.we had a pleasant stay though .
