Don’t recommend

We tried to take the shuttle from the airport. It never showed and when I called I was put on hold immediately without anyone actually talking to me. I ended up getting an Uber. That defeats the purpose of a free shuttle. The bed spread had cigarette burns in it. But it had been washed. The bathroom and towels were clean. Very small room. I did like the Vinyl floors it made it appear cleaner.

We were not able to stay there because the only cashier present was yelling at people and telling arrivals that she was not going to book them. This hostel behavior was so unattractive that we booked somewhere else.

When I called for the hotel shuttle they told me they could not find my Expedia reservation, so I had to rebook. Then they gave me a phone number for the shuttle which did not work, so I took a cab. When I got to the hotel, I gave them my Expedia reservation and it was in their system, so I had them cancel the one I just made. The staff was patient and fixed everything. It was very frustrating.

This place had no microwave, the room was dirty when we checked in. I asked 3 times where new towels never got them. Had to go to the office to get them. Also I told them about this, and they did nothing to fix it. Nor did they give me any kind of refund

Typical Inexpensive motel off of I-5, Easy access off and on the freeway. 2 star Motel vibes. bathroom shower shows worn use though good water pressure and hot water. Bed comfortable and clean. House keeping helpful if you know Spanish. Front desk is one employee and expect a $50 cash deposit. You get what you pay for.
