This is a marginally upgraded inner city neighborhood. The interior is clean and orderly but there are no touches that tell you that it is upscale: no plants, no restaurant, no pool. The parking garage IS secure but there are numerous warnings about the high theft neighborhood. The "adaptive" bath had no seat/stool. The handheld shower was not functional and its wall holder was loose. The overhead shower control did not move. The water pressure was low. The hook on the back of the bathroom door was loose. However it's clear that the housekeepers are doing their best.

First, the staff was amazing. Everybody was so nice and accommodating. After being in Tacoma unexpectedly for my mom’s medical emergency, the staff was more than helpful finding ways to accommodate my stay during such a stressful time. We will be back in a few months for follow up appointments and I know where we will be staying.
