I am actually surprised they are letting guests stay here, and shocked at what they charge them to stay. The entire hotel is under major constructions, most of the ceiling tiles in the hallways are missing, the others are all badly stained from water damage, the pool area has a lot of unfinished wood showing, cones and warning signs in hallways, etc. The inside of the rooms were better, but the fan in our bathroom was broken and made a LOUD noise so we didn't use it. It was a safe palace to sleep but it was a mess, and they only had 1 person doing everything from checking to cleaning when we arrived which isn't fair to that employee nor is it even safe. This property should be closed for repairs and only opened when they are FINISHED. $190 is a ripoff, I've stayed in dive motels on the highway that were nicer. The staff was so friendly however, don't want to diss them.

Excellent, Exceptional customer service/staff !!!!! Would give 10 stars ! Great breakfast, made fresh, plenty of choices. Both pool and spa were open for use and clean. Hotel undergoing some construction and upgrades, which is much needed! This does equal areas of the hotel that are very nice, such as the new kitchen room and the entrance to the lobby and the exterior surrounding areas. And then there are the other areas that stand out that are still very worn down and older. When this hotel is completely redone under the new owners it's going to be a really nice place all around! It's the only place I book when in the Seattle area, which is about twice a year. Be aware this is a pet friendly hotel, so there were barking dogs in neighborhoring rooms.

Checked in took over an hour to complete. There is only one front desk person who is being interrupted so many times to handle everything - maintenance issues, housekeeping issues, printer issues, answering phone calls, and saying she can help the person on the call because she has many people in line waiting to be checked in. It became obvious that the front desk person's workload is too much. This was a management issue that needs to be addressed by the owner and management. My friend recommended this property, but it turns out he did not know the owner has changed one year ago. A couple of persons in the lobby said that ever since this property was managed by new owner, the service went down badly.

There is a reason it’s almost $100 less expensive a night to stay here then the Marriot. It’s run down, it’s falling apart, the breakfast doesn’t include one piece of fruit, they don’t clean your room if you stay there two days on the second day. In our room there were two spots where pieces of gum had stuck to the carpet and turned black. The remote control for the TV was broken. But hey, it was pretty clean as far as the bathroom and sink went and the bed was comfortable. You can’t pay for a used Ford Focus and expect to get a Brand new Tesla.

The only reason we stayed at this property is because of the pool. Pool along with most of the hotel was being renovated and was gross. Should of stayed at the La Quinta next door. Better breakfast, nicer condition and staff and no pet fee. ($25 per pet is crazy). Save yourself frustration and don't stay here.

They were doing remodeling and changing out door keys. Things a little chaotic but Vanessa was very pleasant and did great handling everything

The location was really convenient parking was available I enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning only negative would be the sound barriers in the rooms I could hear a lot of people in the morning that woke me up but otherwise overall a really nice place to stay

Lobby was clean and inviting. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was booked full, yet very quite. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was amazing the next morning.

Bed was a bit hard. Had a backache next morning. It was centrally locates to shopping and 3 miles to bird sanctuary, 30 minutes to Alki beach. Wonderful staff and impeccably clean.

Nice hotel but rooms need to be updated especially the showers- the pressure of the water is too low.

Hotel was central to the areas I was visiting. Great staff. Comfortable room. Clean. Fair price for dates booked. Continental breakfast very good. Indoor pool convenient but looked dirty or stained around edges and steps under the water. Looks to need a new paint or finish. Same for the Jucuzzi. No stains, but the jets need repair. The room ceiling has peeling paint. Overall it was still usable.

The room was spacious, the breakfasts were great, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The reason I choose this hotel was for the pool and the breakfast.....unfortunately the pool was too crowded..15-21 people in the pool and then some more on the sides and in the hot tub... pool to small for that. Also the breakfast would've been good had they kept it up. Unfortunately,they didn't both days we were there. Breakfast is open 7-10am. We were there 830 on Saturday so not too late and not at 7. Don't think it was too much to ask to keep things stocked. The apple juice was out the eggs were out the all three fresh fruits were out. The milk bottle was broken. Hard boiled eggs & sausage were low (2 left of each). All of this is understandable if your working to correct. Some other family had told the lady and she said ok. Replaced the apple juice. That was it. The next morning was more of the same. The price of the hotel wasn't worth no breakfast.

Very nice and big room a little outdated but clean. Great breakfast.
