Nice location and nice people. Easy to get to. Laundry, office, etc.

I was there only one night, but this is an excellent option for a short stay - whether business or personal. It is walking distance to several restaurants and their in house restaurant is good. Very nicely appointed, clean and terrific staff.

The hotel is right on 405 but access to the freeway is a little bit tricky, you have to make a couple of turns which add extra few minutes. Traffic in the morning going South (Bellevue, Seattle, Issaquah) is very bad. Rooms are very spacious and nice. Fitness center has reasonable equipment, pool is small but nice. A couple of dining/drinking options in walking distance including Outback and Fishbone. FedEx office right next door. Generally a very comfortable place to stay.

Have stayed at several Hilton Garden hotels throughout the Pacific Northwest and just can't go wrong. This one was no different, very consistent with all others. Front desk personnel were friendly and professional, room was clean and as advertised. Breakfast is always top notch, hot or cold, whatever you could need for breakfast is available. Underground garage parking is a bonus, that not all other Hilton Gardens have.

Great experience; the only potential downside is that it is right next to the freeway so it is a little noisy, especially if you are a light sleeper.

Definitely the bed was not as comfortable as advertised, but everything else was good except that for $150 I expected free breakfast too!

I thought the location was odd at first, since it is in a shopping complex, but it turned out to be a great advantage! We didn't have to go far to find fantastic restaurants and stores. The people were helpful and friendly, every part of the hotel that I saw was pretty, and there were complementary drinks and bakery items in the lobby. My biggest complaint was that the bed was too hard to be comfortable for me, but I generally like a soft mattress. I know many people love firmer mattresses, so it might be a plus for others.

Ask for a room on the top floor, if not dont take a room anywhere near and elevator, perhaps at the end of the hall would be better, floors are not insulated enough to deaden the sound of the floor above. Heard footsteps and running thoughout our visit. Were offered to reloacate but opted not to. Should have. Nice and clean, great staff, air beds are not as comfy as described plus a bit off the road and a little difficult to get in and out of. No happy hour. Get the right room and you will be happy here.

I found the lobby and rooms to be very well kept and the staff was helpful as well. I would definately consider staying at this location the next time I'm in the area.

What a great experience this was. I was here for a training. The location was perfect, the hotel spotless and the staff extremely professional, helpful and very friendly. I give this hotel a BIG thumbs up!!

Just returned home from a wonderful weekend at the Bothel Hilton Garden Inn. The room was very clean, the beds were great, and the location is outstanding. I was worried when I saw how close the hotel is to the freeway however we never heard any street noise and our room faced the freeway. I have paid a lot more money to stay in hotels that weren't nearly this nice.
