There were a lot of activities for the kids. I didn't like the towel deposit, but I liked the wristband idea for charging items to your room and not needing cash onsite. The waterpark is kind of small, but I think most kids would like it. Not sure about teens.

Great family fun! The lofts are spacious and perfect for kids to have their own space and the adults as well. Customer service was fantastic for the most part, did experience a few bad apples, but overall it was a great trip the kids will cherish for years to come.

Great place for a family trip. We contemplated a day pass

It was a bit nosy but to be expected. Needs a little updating in the rooms however. A fresh coat of paint and some new carpet would be nice.

Ceiling paint I. Room is cracking off the green light below fire alarm blinks all night in room. Water play area closes early every little adventure has a nominal fee as expensive as Disneyland

I loved that we didn’t have to leave the hotel for anything if we didn’t want to! It was chilly and rainy when we went and it didn’t even seem like it with all the fun the kids had inside. Our 3-year old had a blast. We would definitely go back again!

Everything about the place was unique. The only thing I didn't like was that we had to work the next day and couldn't stay another night with the discount offered. However, we plan to go back Thursday if our finds are in order enough to afford another stay

Very kids friendly. Affordable meal options. Ton of events for kids.

My daughter loved the indoor water park and my husband loved that the temperature inside was always 84 degrees! I wish some of the extras like miniature golf were included in the price of the room.

Everything was very clean. Staff was friendly. Not quick to help but helpful when you got there attention. Great place for kids!

Our family of four spent one night here on the way to a car-camping weekend on Lake Michigan. The hotel was tidy and well-staffed, the kids loved the water park (and we felt like they were safe with lifeguards at every station), and service was good at the shops and restaurants. Our youngest moved almost all of our clothes from suitcase to drawer (evidently he was ready to move in), and we forgot them when we checked out. So, our camping trip was more minimalist than we had planned, but that worked out fine. And Great Wolf Lodge had everything bagged and ready for us to pick up on the way back home.

Hotel was as expected. Room was basic and older but clean and had a mini refrigerator and microwave. Balcony was nice. We only visited the water park and not the other attractions. It was nice but had less toddler activities compared to other water parks we have visited and was significantly more crowded on a Monday and Tuesday.

Everything was great! Loved our stay, we come up once a year and will be back again in 2019!

Very nice hotel, clean, friendly, and full of fun activities.

Kids had a lot of fun. Waterpark, Archadegames, Magiquest, and other amenities are great and kept clean all the time.

We had a lot of fun. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were a little dusty and I wish the sinks were actually in the bathroom. Overall we had a really good time.
