Perfect spot on the beach, the kids loved the tame ducks hanging around. Very clean lobby and rooms, with pints of Moomers ice cream available for purchase. Would be delighted to return!

We liked everything ,except for after a long day out doing things the hotel only comes in every 3 days to make beds and receive fresh towels. I am old school when hotels made the bed and fresh towels each day thats what was nice about being on vacation. Sugar beach did come and make our bed and we got towels after we had to mention it every day before 10:00 am. Its a different world now.

The bathroom shower curtain was awfully dirty and moldy. Sliding door screen was torn in two places. Dirt in the corners of the room and bathroom. We would pribably not stay again.

I absolutely loved being able to step right out onto the beach — such a perfect location! The only downside for me was the breakfast. While it’s a nice touch that it’s delivered to your room and you can choose from a set menu, the options just didn’t suit my personal taste. If you enjoy the selections, though, it could be a great perk.

Room smelled like mildew and wet dog. Directly outside the “patio” is a public picnic table. Directly in front of that on the beach is a water sports company. Bathroom door did not close.

I am very disappointed with Spiria because they charged a lot for a new one in a room that did not meet the conditions. The sofa bed when we opened it was dirty the mattress cover, the mattress was old and with the espribws out, I was one of the two people who slept there and I spent the whole night unable to sleep and I still have back pain from having spent the night on that sofa.

Wonderful Stay!

We loved this hotel and the convenience of not having to travel to the beach. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Bonus points for having Starbuck's coffee in the room. The boxed breakfasts were nice, although it would be nice to substitute some items. We will definitely come back again.
