Desk staff very helpful giving directions and information for visiting the area.

Great experience and really friendly staff and awesome access to the beach

We always come in the fall for the colors, and the wine tasting route. Great location on the beach very close to town, and easy access to wine tasting route. Breakfast OK, room was great with Jacuzzi, and indoor heated pool & hot tub.

Had a great stay. Breakfast was awesome enjoyed it with a great group of friends.

Very nice place right on the beach, very close to downtown.

The Breakfast wasnt great, and it was super crowded. We usually stay at Brio down the street, that has more amenities for the same price.

excellent location. great stay, so-so bfast. The only thing I really didn't care for was, they had a water trampoline that was in the water right off the beach for rent, no one was renting it, they yelled at anyone who got on it. The problem was it had an anchor with about 30 ft. of rope. twice my kids stepped on it, could of been very dangerous. when I complained, nothing was done.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning to vacation in Traverse City. With the exception of not regularly emptying the waste baskets, housekeeping and room cleanliness were very good. Room was clean and spacious. Placement of the TV restricted viewing from the beds only, a minor annoyance. Parking and access to US 31 very good. Beach strip is prepped every morning and is pretty clean.

Start with the check in..young lady was friendly and polite. View for the beach was unbelievable and was within walking distance to great restaurants. Our room was clean, located in the same corridor for the breakfast, had good running hot water but the beds were old and had lumps and bumps. That's the only thing that wasn't do pleasant and made our much needed rest to be not so restful. Check out lady was also very friendly and polite

I just love this hotel. I have been there for soccer tournaments also.the staff is friendly, the breakfast is good and the view is breathtaking , looking forward to go back on August.

Every staff member I encountered was very nice and helpful. Beautiful resort.

Had a great time on the beach parasailing and kayaking!

Very clean. Great hot tub room. Location was a distance from downtown (we went downtown for New Years Eve) but would be perfect in the summer with the beach. Very friendly staff.

It was a great place to stay. A beautiful view out my slider. I wish it was summer so I could enjoy the beach. I will come back for sure. Clean room, nice staff, super price!!

The staff was really helpful, knowledgable and friendly. Most important was that the room was clean. Breakfast was good. I had everything I needed. This is the 2nd time staying here. I'll stay again or try their sister property next door.

This is an excellent hotel for the price! Located right on the water - wonderful for any time of the year (except maybe Dec. Jan. & Feb. in Michigan):)

GREAT staff...polite and friendly! Lots of shopping and restaurants. If you like wine the Wine Tour is a must.

Great location and great beach! Enjoyed our stay. Though we didn't take kids all the kids there seemed to enjoy the beach and water. Will return next year with the kids

The room was better than expected, no problems! Nice view.

The room was clean. It was inexpensive, and right on the beach. There are great places to eat right across the street. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
