Staff was not very kind or helpful. Property was very clean and nice. Bed was comfortable. Parking seemed iffy at times and would fill up. Elevator was super quick. Beach was beautiful. Pool was great. Continental breakfast delivered to room was great! Water sports by a different company was available at the property but they were rude and not helpful at all, also kind of expensive. Still had a nice time kayaking.

Sugar Beach has a great location, friendly staff, clean environment, fantastic pool & hot tub, and comfortable rooms. The only thing we would have enjoyed more was a breakfast / dining area with many breakfast choices as opposed to boxed options that we ate in our room.
