Nice view of the water - pool area was nice as well. Very convenient to TC.

Tricky use of the term "breakfast included." Probably using the excuse of "Covid" to get away with very meager offerings of breakfast. They give 5 choices to be delivered to the door outside your room. None of which is appetizing nor filling.

It was just ok. Door keys didn’t work all the time. It said it had breakfast, but it was awful, few items to choose from and delivered to your room. All package food I could of got from a convenient store, not what I expected for breakfast included for the price. No smoking area at all, had to stand on the sidewalk at the street. Will not stay there again.

The hotel was right on the beach and the lake is very pretty with clear clean water. The rooms were spacious and clean. The only suggestion would be a restaurant or snack shack on site.

Beautiful and clean property right on the water. Staff was very accomodating with all our requests. Highly recomend if in the area.

Great view of the bay. Family friendly atmosphere.

I could tell that the bed sheets and towels were clean and the room had a wonderful view of the bay. However, the room and beach area had a “rode hard and put up wet” vibe. This is definitely a two, maybe three star (if being generous) Hotel. It has potential to be a four star hotel, but needs serious care, updating and to stop serving “gas station-esq” breakfast.

This hotel is very nice, I could not get over how huge the rooms were! We had gotten the room with the king bed and sofa bed. Absolutely loved the room. Two TVs in it. The hotel sits right on their own private beach. The breakfast was just okay, but you filled out a card and they brought it to your room at a specific time. That was nice we didn't have to leave the room early in the morning. Wasn't too happy about the limited choices though. The staff communicate with you via text and it was nice to be able to have them so attentively available. The pool is very nice and large and it has a hot tub. We loved the families of ducks and baby ducklings that would just wander on the beach and they even came up and were nibbling my toes. The beach itself was quite shallow so that was wonderful with having two young kids. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Location is great

Very outdated, needs a lot of cosmetic changes (needs new paint, new doors, update the bathrooms, update the furniture, new floors needed). Way overpriced. Not the most cleanly place. Dirty showers, didn't even have hand soap in bathroom. Had to ask for it 3 different times to be able to get soap to wash our hands. Not impressed, definitely not worth the price. Will look for better options in the future.

We enjoyed our spacious room, bay view, and comfortable bed. A really well appointed hotel with excellent services.

Continental breakfast delivered to your door at your choice of specified time was nice, hot tub opened at 8am to soak sore muscles was nice. Great view of the Bay.

The location is very nice on the water! My room was clean but no extra cups for tea no tea ! No water bottles The staff when I reported the broken umbrellas 3 of them he informed me the staff went home early. I told him it was like that yesterday. He corrected me by saying you are not to feed the birds. What does that have to do with your job!! I will never return or recommend

Clean, friendly, great location on the bay! Bathrooms nicely remodeled!

Property is pleasant and location is great. A little disappointed that our room was way at the very end of the hall and that meant that our view included the building next door, a shed and the poles and decking for the dock that is being stored on the beach in front of those end rooms. Fortunately (or unfortunately) it was cold and windy so we didn't use the balcony or walk the beach.

Everything about this hotel was a great experience! From the front desk, maid service and even the maintenance! Everyone was wonderful, kind and I believe they all loved their jobs! Will always stay here in the future when traveling to TC!!

It was By the lake which was good. But the staff didn’t let us check in only an hour early as it was snowing and we were traveling with children.

Convenient to Downtown area. The room was clean with great views of the lake.

Our room was large with two king beds and a pull out couch. It had two sliding doors that walked out to the patio. Since we were on the main floor, this walked right out onto the beach. This would be a perfect place to visit in the summer with family and kids.
