Perfect spot on the beach, the kids loved the tame ducks hanging around. Very clean lobby and rooms, with pints of Moomers ice cream available for purchase. Would be delighted to return!

We had the best time and experience ever. The hotel room was amazing so much room, very clean, the breakfasts were perfect and delivered every morning to our door. The beach was clean and well maintained. Staff were helpful and service was wonderful.

Favorite hotel in TC

Sugar Beach is our favorite place to stay in TC. Very clean rooms and common areas; private well-maintained beach with chairs, lounges and umbrellas; close to lots of restaurants and other activities. Highly recommend!

Great location, room overlooked the bay and a sandy beach with chairs and umbrellas. The staff that I did come in contact with were very pleasant. It was very hard to find a parking space many times during our stay. The hotel could definitely use some updates in the rooms. The balcony seating area was full of spider webs and bugs. Did not look like it had been taken care of for a while! For the amount charged per night I expected a little nicer; over $400.00 per night.

Love this place

This is my second stay at this charming place and I sprang for a second floor beach view room, which was totally worth it! My balcony had a lot of cobwebby/dead plant material clinging to the corners and the legs of the furniture, but it wasn’t bad enough for me to request a cleaning before I used it. The beach is well kept and the casting device in the tv was a nice surprise. Friendly staff, pretty rooms, breakfast came right on time every day. My greatest wish is that it could be a child-free hotel, but the kids there provided amusement as much as they caused annoyance. Overall it was peaceful for a place that seems to attract a lot of families.

Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The team was welcoming and made us feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. We loved being off the beach. We also really liked the breakfast boxes delivered each morning. There were several meal options, and while it wasn’t a hot breakfast, it was convenient and satisfying. We’d happily return for another visit!
