I love this place what i told to do had been done correctly!

I love that it was On the water and had private entry and balcony

The staff was absolutely wonderful. Room not quite as nice as the pictures. Property is definitely dated and could use upgrades (the carpet and couch were old and dingy. The bed was a little firm for my tastes, but was newer. The shower head had tons of mineral deposits so the water sprayed in random directions. The balcony was lovely and the view was very nice. They had great digital cable and a large TV. The wifi worked well. The air conditioner was a wall unit and very loud. The breakfast was very basic continental - boxes of cereal, those horrible dry/stale pastries that hotels try to pass off as food, muffins, activia yogurt and small red apples. Pool wasn't open. Overall the hotel itself was pretty average, but everybody was super friendly and went out of their way to give great customer service.

The staff was super friendly and gave us great ideas of things to do around town. My only thought is that the insides need to be updated. New paint, carpet. The outside is beautiful. They need to work on the rooms next.

Staff very nice. Breakfast sufficient. Jacuzzi could have been little cleaner yet it worked great. Outstanding view. Nice room.

Loved the balcony overlooking the bay and the area was perfect. Close to downtown shops, breweries and the other way a few miles back is the casino.

Water views. Friendly staff. Amenities. Cleanliness

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, but the hotel was being renovated and the renovations had been going on for six months already, and the construction went on 7 days a week starting early in the morning. I feel they could have notified us regarding the construction on the hotel. Things were in a total state of disrepair. The elevator broke down, the screen door on our balcony was completely off the track, the carpet was very stained and gross, one of the drawers was broken in the vanity, and on one of the days of our stay we did not have hot water at all. We were not offered anything as compensation for having to take cold showers that day. Also, the balcony was not exactly pleasant to use, with a big pile of mold and moldy water sitting on it due to the air conditioning unit constantly dripping water. Also, due to all the construction equipment, there was not enough parking for everyone staying there. Basically the only nice things about the hotel are the location on the bay and the friendliness of the staff. I would not recommend this place, especially given the price. I was expecting someplace reasonably nice, clean, and with reliable basic amenities. I understand that things break, but then offer us a discount for that day or at least let us know what's going on.

Great view of the bay. Property was being renovated though and we didn’t know that. Lots of major construction going on. Our room was great though.

Nice hotel, beautiful views. Would definitely stay here again

Large room with a great view of East Grand Traverse. Bay. Furnishings a little worn. But clean and comfortable. Nice staff. Would stay there again.

Stayed 4 nights. Large, airy room with all the extras -- AND a big jetted tub! Provided breakfast included cold cereal, toasted muffins, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee. Staff was VERY friendly and VERY helpful. Room stepped out onto the beach. We will DEFINITELY stay there again.

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. From the point of check-in to check-out, the staff were absolutely lovely, taking care of everything they could possibly take care of....I was in TC for interviews and they provided hangers for my interview clothes! Maintenance brushed off cars in the parking lot so guests didn't have to do it. The staff are very personable and kind. The view of the bay is beautiful (even in freezing rain and snow). The only reason I gave the hotel a 4 instead of a 5 is that the rooms aren't sound-proofed as well as they could be....can hear neighbors coughing and sneezing. This is pretty minor, however, in the grand scheme of things. I really cannot say enough positive about the staff....after a week's stay, I left feeling like they were family.

Top notch from start to finish. Blake took great care of my fiancé and me right from “Hello” he was courteous and welcoming, and made sure to give me a rundown of the local “must do” list. The view of the Nay and Old Mission Point was breathtaking. Will definitely be staying there again in the near future.

I stay here when in the Traverse City area ... Great staff ... Better jacuzzi baths ... Awesomeness

I rented this room for the night after a concert. The room was on the 3rd floor. The room itself was very nice. The view was great, and I am sure would be even better in the summertime. The stairs up to the room are in need of repair (cracked and some uneven) and the outside of the building is in need of paint, but these things did not affect our stay. I would definitely stay there again.

Rooms are nice. Clean, plenty of amenities. Spacious room with a balcony. We enjoyed our romantic night out.

Nice stay. Very comfy. Clean and nice staff. Would be nice place for summer syay

Thank you for the feedback on your stay with us. We are glad you enjoyed the view and our 5 star customer service. We do wish we had done better in the other areas however. We will work on those things we can, such as the shower heads. We have been working hard over the past year to make upgrades to the property, so we hope you will visit us again in the future to see what exciting changes we make. Have a great day!
