Well apparently everyone called in sick to work because there was no staff. Bar and restaurants could not accommodate guests. People were hungry on a snowy night. We had to settle for bad,cold deli subs. Staff should be fired so responsible people, who need and value work can save this business. The staff should read these reviews so they no the damage done.

We arrived late in the evening and found the hotel staff very helpful. We were upgraded to a suite which was amazing. We were also able to get a late check out which allowed us to enjoy more time in our luxurious room.

I asked for a second comforter and they said they didn’t have one just a throw blanket and then the pillows were very flat so between the both of them I didn’t sleep at all. Will not stay again the other couple Clifford Williams had the same problem and he said he wasn’t going back.

The rooms were very nice and clean. The facility was very beautiful with the wood beams and stain glass signs and more, it was a unique and classy feel. Staff was super nice. It was our first time here and we will definitely come back. Location is convenient too. Very affordable pricing

It was convenient since we had a wedding in the venue. After the reception, we gambled and was nice to just walk straight to our room and not have to shuttle elsewhere.
