We had everything we needed while we were staying there and were very comfortable. Everyone was quiet and considerate as needed. It was a very comfortable stay and I would stay there again.

The room was amazing, but the beds could use some updating. I can usually sleep on anything, but woke up sore. Big dips in the mattress. Overall, nice stay. Very clean.

Nice, clean hotel. However, we were there for 4 days and the room was never cleaned (their policy is every other day). Had to get our own clean towels. When it was mentioned to the front desk, they apologized and said they had been super busy. Understandable, but still.... Breakfast was good and always replenished promptly.

Enjoyed the salt water pool and hot tub, but the towels were very small so many people used multiples so they would often be unavailable and would have to contact staff for more. Beds were comfy. Room was nice til you really looked, furniture is warn and needing replaced. Do like that the location is near Horrock and that was nice to walk to rather than the need to drive.

Very well maintained. Very friendly staff. Gail at the front desk was wonderful 😊 appreciate her very much. Dog friendly. Awesome stay. The beautiful back pond could use a cleanup from trash. And the view would have been fantastic . But we very much enjoyed our stay.

It was just an over night girls get away, we had a great time. The room was so clean. It was walking distance to Horrocks where we ate and had drinks while listening to a live band.

Nice property with great staff. Some of the furniture is starting to show its wear and age. Also, the pool was out of order for repairs, but I still recommend for a short/overnight stay.

Right when we got there had to wait 10 minutes for someone to check us in. No one was in the lobby and the front desk. She gave us 1 card instead of 4. Asked for 4 cards then gave us 1 mors card. No working pool. Hot tub was brown and had black floaties. Only one working elevator. Got a hotel with a pullout couch, did not get the couch. We had to be in Lansing due to Advocacy day at the Capitol. Spoke with worker, she couldnt get us couch and claimed all rooms are spoken for. Then contacted agent, they asked if we wanted a room upgrade (after we were told there was no available rooms, we were in bed at that point). Asked for partial refund, still waiting.
