Doesn’t look like the pictures at all , only 1 elevator . Rooms are scary looking with nasty carpet , bathrooms are small and old . Rust all over the shower head . The pool area was even scarier . The bottom of the pool didn’t look like it had been cleaned properly in 5+ years . Never again .

The staff was friendly. Our whole hallway smelled like pot. The room had marks on the bedding, in the shower there was hair in the corner of the shower, rust marks everywhere in the bathroom, the blind was all stained. The hallways were dark, tv had very poor quality picture. Very uneasy feeling. The pictures when you book look amazing but they are very deceiving.

I stay here often, but the main reason is for the access and the price it’s a work in progress. It’s a huge hotel much bigger than the area at the Giants so I can only imagine a huge fixed cost associated. They are restoring the building. It was in pretty rough condition but they’re doing a good job. It just takes a long time For the meantime there’s no direct number to reach the front desk so I have to give service a downgrade the people are very nice when you get a hold of them and accommodating, but you have to track them down like I said forget about reaching on my phone. The design and the upkeep of the hotel are right out of 1979 kind of dark and dingy, but not unacceptable in terms of the cost . The room themselves have been updated nicely, except for the bathroom. They need work, especially the tub in the shower, plumbing.

Property is right across the road from Horrocks and there’s plenty of dining and shopping areas nearby. Our first tome staying here and while we probably wouldn’t stay again it wasn’t too disappointing, just not what we normally stay at. The room as clean but it’s dated and the hallways need some attention and there was an unusual smell in the hallway. The hot tub was in repair and while there was a pool it looked like it was closed off too as there wasn’t a single person in it.

It’s literally a construction site. Didn’t always have electricity. Loud construction noises at all times. Big construction vehicles and dumpsters everywhere. It looks like it will be nice in the future, right now it’s barely liveable

I work out of town I get off at 10 am from a twelve hour shift couldn’t check in till almost two I called prior to that so I could get a early check in about 11:15. I was stuffed up from whatever was I that room I could not get sleep I had someone stomping over my head then my last day I get off after having no sleep try to take a nap before I have to drive the rush me out at 1130 furthermore the lady that knocked didn’t wait for me to respond she just tried bursting through the door which I had the latch on but never even gave me time to respond so I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone if your looking for a quiet place for sleep for your business trip

The front desk staff was nice. When I opened the bedside drawer it had a bag of Ireo’s and a vape in it. Clearly, the cleaning staff wasn’t very thorough. The bathtub backed up with a foot of water. We had to completely remove the drain plug in order for the tub to drain. There were quite a few signs posted about how breakfast was “dine in only” and no good/drink could be taken outside the dining area. The reality is that the breakfast was one of the absolute worst I’ve ever had. There’s nothing I would have wanted to take back to my room even if I wanted to. The remaining few days we had breakfast at Denny’s instead. The room was pretty cheap (cost-wise) and we pretty much hit what we paid for. That being said, we won’t be staying here again.

I stay because of the location

I keep coming here because of the convenience but find the continuous refresh of the hotel a lot to take in. Conditions of the room range from good to could be better. Note the owners and staff are great people and they are doing what they can.

I have stayed here often over the course of the last couple years, The staff and owners are very nice people. The hotel has been in a perpetual "refresh" and room conditions vary from good to could be better. I will return again once the refresh is complete.

First, let me say that I took photos. The first room, #331, we were assigned had dirty towels pushed up against the wall under the window. The floor was warped as water has been leaking in. The second room, #133, was not in good repair. The blanket had cigarette burn marks. The tub caulking was moldy and there was rust around the drain. The vent in the bathroom was not working. Therefore, after showering the room became very damp and humid, even with the A/C on. The room was not very clean and lacking one facecloth. We returned back after a very busy day and evening to find that the room was not made up hence no fresh towels. We went to the front desk, and they gave us towels, but again only one washcloth for the two of us. They said they could not find a second washcloth. The halls were filthy, and bags of trash were out in front of the door of one room. They were not picked up during our stay. Again, I took photos. The ceiling tiles in the hallways were filthy and stained and someone ran communication wires along the ceiling like clothesline. The pool was cloudy. The Spa was empty. The grounds had trash that was not picked up during our stay. Finally, this was a Ramada that was "transitioning" toto a Clarion hotel. We had a little trouble finding it, as the sign out front was still a Ramada sign. Had we known this was a Ramada, we would Not have booked it. In all of our Domestic and International travel, we have only once before had to write a review such as this.
