I stayed 4 nights for a conference. The hotel is clean, quiet, and a lady delivering cookies comes around nightly. The workout facilities are nice and Bordeaux was good for dinner. I believe the rooms are very well insulated for sound. The issue I have that resulted in 3 stars was due to an issue with my room on the first day. It was remedied, but it should have been addressed by the hotel before I arrived since they were aware of it from past problems. I talked to staff that night and twice later and was told I would get a partial discount on the rate for the first night since it took quite some time to remedy the issue. When I went to check out there was no discount on the bill and it had been charged at that time. I then had to go over the issue for a fourth time and wait for them to issue the refund. In the end they did give me the discount on the first night, but if I hadn't asked for the copy of my bill at checkout I would have presumed I had gotten the discount they told me I was getting the previous evening. It was a business trip, the money doesn't go to me, it was the principle of doing what you say you're going to do and making sure rooms are ready and everything is working properly when guests arrive.

My wife and I have stayed in twice in the last two months. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful and there is a restaurant in the lobby. There is also a coffee shop on the corner street. I recommend for business or pleasure.

Very nice hotel conveniently located right off I-496 in Lansing. Ample free parking; easy in, easy out back to the interstate or down the way to the Lansing mall with plenty of retail shopping and restaurants. Lobby was very modern with glass elevators, sitting area for watching TV, and a business center with access to computers and printer. There is an upscale restaurant/bar on the property as well (Bordeaux) that we did not visit, but seemed very nice with gourmet selections per the menu. The room we stayed in was well-appointed with everything you would need and a bed with nice linens. I cannot objectively review the comfort of the bed as nothing compares to my own bed, but was suitable for a decent night's sleep. Nice touch with the nightly cookies and milk delivery to your room as well.

I hosted my wedding reception at the Crowne Plaza. Kendra was amazing to work with. From the decor to the food was wonderful and we had many compliments about how well everything was ran, and how kind the staff was. We also spent the night there in the Ambasador Suite. My now husband said the bed was like sleeping on a cloud and now I guess we are mattress shopping soon. Everything was clean and great water pressure. The next morning we went to the breakfast buffet where we had a room set aside for us and family. The buffet was hot and kept up. We had no complaints and have talked about trying the Bordeaux for dinner sometime as we have never been. I am very happy with my choice for my reception.

Stayed five nights for business - had booked first across the street at The Country Inn & Suites and walked out after seeing (and smelling) the room. The Crowne is a VERY nice property. Was very disappointed with the breakfast buffet and the lack of service or attention. Rooms are great, lots of plug ins - inferior coffee service. VERY small bathrooms. But overall. A nice property. Be even up on the 5th floor - "The Quiet Floor" - had a couple BAD nights with noisy neighbors.

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip on 8/1 -8/3. I found the hotel to be adequate but slightly dated. The more concerning element of my stay was their lack of assistance when I reported that I had left a pair of diamond earrings in my room. I spoke to 2 individuals who claimed that nothing turned up in my room when I know for certain exactly where in the room I left them. It was very disheartening to find that the housekeeping staff did not turn these in to lost and found. I offered a reward if they were returned as they had sentimental value. Beware if you leave personal articles behind that they may not be returned.

The rooms were nice very clean. The only issue when checking out the front desk attendant was not very attentive and didn't make eye contact. Now Linda in the restaurant waa sweet and took really good care of us! I was pleased with the stay and would recommend this hotel to other guest. Room came with free breakfast was great and icing on the cake.

We have stayed here twice to attend the Lansing Lugnuts games. I have been traveling for 20+ years and would say that this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The beds are so comfortable that you never want to get out of them! My child travels with us, so we were not on the "quiet" floor, however, you would never know it! We have never been disturbed by noise. Every single staff member is dressed professionally with a name tag on and will engage you in conversation. The hotel is super clean. I feel so welcome when I stay here. Keep up the good work. My family is certainly impressed!

We stayed on a weekend in July. The Hotel was very busy with many sports teams and a wedding. The front desk staff correctly identified guests who were not with the teams and had designated the 5th floor as the 'quiet floor'. So even though the lobby, elevator and pool etc were full of kids running around, they did not affect your quality of sleep. We found the room to be large and the king size bed very comfortable. There was a nice bar on the main level serving drinks and with the baseball game on TV. Another TV in the lobby also provided a gathering area. This hotel really is quite large. There was a pool, games room for the kids, and an indoor mini basketball court. There was ample parking. The next morning at breakfast, staff had a couple of rooms set up with the breakfast buffet. In this way, even with the volume of young atheletes and their families, there were no delays getting to the hot breakfast, with ample food choices to be had. I would stay at this hotel again. Great staff who really know how to manage the busy hotel, very comfortable room offering a great sleep and a delicious breakfast. There is an onsite restaurant but we chose to eat at the many restaurants that can be found a short drive away.

Great hotel in the Lansing area. Staff is well trained and they do great service. Room service is on point. Wake up call every morning is available and they guarantee it. Front desk ladies are very helpful and professional. The have some great conference rooms as well. Rooms are very clean and it great condition. The hotel is located next to 96 and very close to downtown area.
