Don’t get a room on the 3rd floor

Air conditioners need servicing. Did not cool very well. Looked rundown from the outside. Needs updating to parking lot, yard, and building. Paid for 2 queen beds and only got 2 full beds.

Nice Staff all around! Great breakfast! Rm124 was loud during the day due to laundry room on other side of the wall. Night time was fine. Overall I would stay her again!

The property was clean and the staff were friendly.

We entered the room on the first night and literally left within an hour. We have it reserved for 8 nights but will not be staying there at all. I could possibly live with the fact that the room is outdated but it was overall uncomfortable and unclean. There were peeling ceilings, scotch tape pieces in random places all over the ceilings (no doubt from some sort of party that took place prior to our arrival), old dingy furniture, and heating/air vents caked in dust. The secondary entrance on the side of the building had a "key only" access at the door but was NEVER locked. This made it feel completely unsafe! The stairwells and hallways smelled like someone was constantly smoking in their room, despite the no smoking signs and smoke free policy. We booked this on Orbitz sight unseen for a week long trip to transfer a loved one to hospice care, wasted a good chunk of money since the hotel has a NO REFUND policy. Now we know why...very disappointed in this hotel.

Very outdated. Needs new flooring throughout. The place was dirty. I don't think the room had ever been dusted. Crud in the corners. I will say the sheets were clean. At check-in we were ignored until we had to yell in the back to let someone know we were there. They were, however, very nice at check out. The price was good, but next time it would be worth it for me to stay somewhere else.

Electrical outlet in bathroom did not work. Could not use hair dryer therefore could not wash hair. Shower pressure not good. Breakfast was good not all carbs.

Clean, nice and accessible. Rooms were comfortable, quite place.

I booked this property online. I paid for it up front. I drove about 2 hours to stay here. My boyfriend and i walked in and she told me that there was a $100 holding fee WHICH I DID NOT SEE ANYWHERE. I had her run my debit card and she said it was declined. I tried to cancel my reservation and orbitz nor the front desk would cancel it for me. I would of been out $100 plus had no where to stay. Finally I had to call corporate which is radisson. Dont book here!

Property itself was fine, decent room, very good breakfast, etc. but, they broke a cardinal rule that I have....whatever time a hotel says is check-in time, the rooms must be ready and they weren’t.

It as a nice stay. Price was good. Bed was comfortable. Nice and quite. Thanks.

The room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast food/choices were good.

Nice employees, comfortable bed and good food. I truly enjoyed our stay there.
