The room we were given was dirty and the phone didn't work. The girl that checked us in was amazing. She upgraded us to a suite which was clean but the toilet didn't work. Instead of moving again, since we were right by the stairs, we used the restroom that was available on the first floor. The breakfast was adequate. The staff were great! The Novi location was so much better.
