Stayed for 8 days, and everything was very nice. They even cleared the snow off my vehicle!

Loved being here. So close to the bay. The staff were so helpful and very nice. Will definitely stay again.

Great stay for a girls weekend getaway! The room and pool were clean. Only complaint was that the breakfast area was too crowded.

We stayed here in February and requested a bay view room. We were placed in a corner room and were very pleased with the size, cleanliness, and comfort or our room. The bay was frozen but the view was still stunning!

Loved the coziness and the recent renovation! It looked like we were in a beach house off of the East Coast in Maine. Loved the attention to details like the lighthouse lamps or the turtle towel sculpture! It was fabulous staying there with my boyfriend as it was very gorgeous and high value. Made a fabulous impression on him!

This is the hotel I booked but the week of my arrival I got a call that they overbooked and I would be staying at their sister resort. It was disappointing since I booked here but I think they are basically the exact hotel and it was very nice so in the end it was fine

Neighbors would try to get in the adjoining door often, also lady kept yelling "don't look at me". Upstairs they put children so they were jumping & running until late, no help from staff. Told see morning staff. No good. Will never stay there again, the worst stay we have had in a few years, and we stay in hotels 10-16 plus nights a year. We have a regular Hotel & we will not stray again. The worst 2 nights of sleep of our lives. Breakfast was good!!! Husband broke his toe slipping on sand on the concrete on the last night there so he was in pain all night....

Was there for four days and three nights and had very good experience

The towel bar was loose, the pillows were not very comfy and there was some change on the floor that obviously the maid missed when cleaning.

Stayed in a upper floor beach front room and could not be any happier. Room was comfortable and had all the need necessities. Breakfast was average. Gym was average but view from my room made up for that. I always stay here when visiting Traverse city. It is right along the strip and the downtown area is a 7 min drive. Intend on staying here again soon.

Wonderful location on the beach and the rooms and amenities are very nice. Will definitely stay here again when in Traverse City.

loved the beach house vibe and coziness!

Loved the coziness and the recent renovation! It looked like we were in a beach house off of the East Coast in Maine. beautiful but careful for overbooking

This is the hotel I booked but the week of my arrival I got a call that they overbooked and I would be staying at their sister resort. It was disappointing since I booked here but I think they are basically the exact hotel and it was very nice so in the end it was fine

Neighbors would try to get in the adjoining door often, also lady kept yelling "don't look at me". Upstairs they put children so they were jumping & running until late, no help from staff. Told see morning staff. No good. Will never stay there again, the worst stay we have had in a few years, and we stay in hotels 10-16 plus nights a year. We have a regular Hotel & we will not stray again. The worst 2 nights of sleep of our lives. Breakfast was good!!! Husband broke his toe slipping on sand on the concrete on the last night there so he was in pain all night....

Chris, Thank you for choosing to stay at our hotel. From what I can surmise - aside from the less than preferable neighbors and your husbands pain, you enjoyed your stay. When we addressed your concerns the morning of your departure - you admitted to not alerting the Front Desk that you were having issues. We would have gladly talked with the guests in question immediately, were we informed and given the opportunity to. We take pride in our hotel and owning up to issues that we cannot remedy, again, when given a fair opportunity to remedy them. Finally, I sincerely apologize that you did not address your husbands pain and discomfort when we talked in the morning. Not once was this mentioned and, all things considered, we would have taken care of this as well. I apologize that your stay was not preferable due to elements outside our control. We hope that you will return to Traverse City again in the future.
