Great property, perfect location. The bartenders were outstanding. We were in town for a funeral and the front desk guy wouldn’t allow us to eat pizza in the lobby due to a “health violation.”! Pretty humorous given they were passing around a carton of half & half at the coffee bar the next morning. Just beware that the focus is more on some policy than on actual customer service.
I had to request twice to have room and they did not do a good job. Hotel understaffed.
