Place Has bed Bugs they know about it but don’t tell u up front I found a huge one put it in a cup and they were supposed to give my money back but gave us another room saying that whole floor is supposed to be shut down not acting like me finding a bed bug was a big deal don’t sleep here

Overall.. nice place for $88.50/night I paid, but the pool area needs updating/fixing. The grout in the hotel shower room needed redone. The continental breakfast shouldn’t be advertised—poor quality.

Took a v ery long time to get checked in. Loud party going on that impacted entire property till 2A.M.. Fire alarms went off twice during the night. Air conditioner did not work. TV remote did not work.

Every single time I’ve stayed at this site for the last 3 years there had been a issue with either the pool or the hot tub not working, this time it was the hot tub not working and the pool was fridged cold so much they actually posted a sign that read “enter pool at your own risk, the water is near 70 degrees” In addition to the issues with the pool / hot tub, our room wasn’t cleaned by housekeeping, we had to ask for service late in the day. We also found two large bugs in our room. Definitely would not recommend this facility.

I didn’t like the fact that the hotel was very dated the staff was rude and nasty I asked for early check-in the woman at the desk askied my name then she told me up my room was not ready another lady came up right after me and she let her have an early check-in I went back and asked why and she couldn’t give me a reason so I asked her do you only allow certain people to check in Early and another employee yelled out this is not about race but I never said anything about racism which Lead me to believe that they were being racist I would not recommend this hotel tonight worst enemy

Reservation was made and did not get the room I paid for. Took 30 minutes to check in because of something in their system as I was told.

Pool and hot tub were out of order, parking lot wasn’t close to the hotel and not well lit, toilet ran the entire time, continental breakfast was weak compared to the cost of the room and size of hotel.

It was very busy that night, hotel staff was stressed and trying to get everyone in line processed and checked in. Pool and jacuzzi were closed for maintenance. The rooms were amazing! The comfiest bed I have ever slept on in a hotel!! And the bathroom was upscale. I felt like I was undercharged because it was significantly nicer than I expected for the price paid.

Do not stay here ! They advertise a restaurant and room service along with a pool and hot tub . They have none of these ! The pool and hot tub were not in service .. the only Food was a continental breakfast at best .. stale pastry . I requested a refund and to check out early and received promises of a refund from one manager which was quickly denied by another manager Kirk. The staff is extremely rude except Amber who tried to help me in any way she could . After escalating my complaints to the GM I was offered a 10 Dollar credit which I never received .. stay away from this hotel and their price games ... it was the worst experience I have ever had !

This is a shabby hotel that obviously has seen better days -- which is to say, it's a lot like Lansing in general. We saw virtually no hotel staff the whole time we were there, but I presume they were around if we had really needed them. From the front desk at checkin, we had a very hard time finding our room -- because, as it turned out, the desk clerk doesn't know the difference between left and right. I hope not to stay here again, but I wouldn't be heartbroken if I had to -- I'm not sure how much better Lansing has to offer.

The hotel did not have my reservation when I arrived. The gentleman on site was not very pleasant about it and got a little mad when I showed him my confirmation number and receipt of payment. I was told by the manager that Orbitz reservations do not go through to them sometimes. I had to wait to check in and I am not sure if everything is all set, but I did not get another invoice which was good.

I was amazed at the luxurious inside to the hotel. The pool, hot tub, sauna, and gym were great offers through the hotel. Very clean and the room was beautiful!

I'm truly sorry for the experience you went through from your stay here at our hotel. Unfortunately we had a huge party that was going to where our own security had no control. Which in regards of this we will no longer be hosting events like that in our hotel again. After the multiple complaints from many guests regarding that issue at hand.
