Great location! We had 9 girls and felt there was plenty of space. I definitely recommend this place and will keep them in mind for when I return to TC.

This loft was great! The location is perfect for shopping and dining downtown TC! The host welcomed us warmly with suggestions for dining, shopping and scenic views. Every time I had a question it was answered quickly. We would stay here again!

First the good: The location of this property is excellent. It is walkable to all that downtown TC has to offer. It is also very nice to have two dedicated parking spots behind the building while also being able to enter and exit from Front street. The host was responsive to questions and concerns when I reached out which was great. Unfortunately we had a few issues that prevent a five star review. The keypad on the back entrance malfunctioned off and on throughout our stay which was quite inconvenient. The WiFi was down most of our stay, making it impossible to utilize the smart TVs. The mater bedroom and bathroom are tight quarters and lack storage, and the master bathroom lighting was very dim making it hard to see to get ready. These things aside, I would have still left a glowing review if the loft was properly clean. While all areas lacked in this area somewhat, the master bedroom and bathroom and rooftop areas were especially unsatisfactory, with lots of evidence of previous guests. Even after the host sent the cleaner back out the following day (and maybe the maintenance person?), not much looked (or smelled) cleaner and there was no further follow up. Hiring a new, thorough cleaning service, replacing some worn furnishings and adding new and higher quality bath towels (and enough of them) would go a long way to making this property all that it can be.

Everything was great. Location is great for our needs.I would have the cleaning service move out the couches and clean underneath. very rough under there. Dropped the remote between couches and when I reach to grab it hand was covered in crumbs and i had grabbed a lighter instead or remote. That was the only "issue". rest of the house was very clean
