Feb 26, 2020

Deplaning too far from the airport. Walking outside to take a bus to the terminal is ridiculous.

Feb 23, 2020

The staff at the Gate were terse to the point of unfriendly both coming and going. They treated questions as if the customers were bothering them. The staff on the plane were nice and friendly though.

I was pleasantly surprised to get upgraded to Main Cabin. The extra legroom was a godsend for my 6 foot tall husband.

Teri checked me in with my bag and assigned me a seat. She was super super pleasant and nice and greeted me with a smile. I really really liked her and appreciated her. Thank you Teri for helping me out, I’ve never met someone so pleasant.

Good lights in the cabine

i’m 6 foot three, I would’ve loved a free upgrade. I have a hard time sitting in regular seats. I ended up paying for premium, but it didn’t seem like much more room. So in the future I may consider first class, unless my tickets are upgradable with no charge.
