Check bags 4 hours before check in seems a bit ridiculous, often when flying in hotel checkout is 11 am and most routes I've flown do not leave until 7 or later. I cant take my bag through security, so I am stuck out, waiting until much later than other airlines.

Nov 13, 2019

There was a lack of communication between Alaska and EvaAir about weight allowance and I ended up having to check-in my cabin bag and carry my important documents in my hands as i rushed to meet my connecting flight.

I don’t like that their airplanes don’t have tv’s. Also, I had a premium seat and the flight attendant never asked me if I wanted a snack!
