I did not like the housekeeping on demand policy, even every 2nd day would be acceptable.
Hotel needs a big makeover. Furniture made me feel like i was staying at the mad hatter's home. Big funky armchair right in The center of the living room. Homeless people around neighborhood also joined in for breakfast.
Rooms a little small and beds not very comfortable, but good breakfast and nice staff.
My room smelled like mold and bed sheets were dirty

Incredibly rude and unfriendly staff at the reception/ front desk. Won’t help with just basic guidance and had an attitude if guests asked any questions or needed help. WIFI didn’t work the entire time and no one was willing to figure it out. Won’t stay here again.
It's a decent hotel. It was clean, I felt safe. I would stay here again. We stayed for 2 days. My only complaint is I had asked for 2 fresh sets of towels for our second day, and for some reason that never happened.
I have stayed here multiple times and this year the property was not very clean in the common areas. When I presented a concern to the staff about an allergy they seemed unconcerned and told me not to go near something. I just didn’t feel very welcome and more like a burden when I asked a question.
We stay here often and until this visit we’ve never had any issues with noise. There was hallway noise, noise above us and noise coming between the rooms. It might just be the particular room but it was very noticeable. We kept the TV on to block it. Always a favorite hotel and I’m hoping it was just the location of the room
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool is warm which is awesome!
When we arrived in our room one of the outlets didn't have a cover on it. With a baby that is a hazzard! They fixed it right away which was nice.
It was great. Clean and very friendly staff. They were always smiling when I saw them and kitchen workers could be heard singing. Very happy place
Property has a nice open space fore visiting. Breakfast area as well as nightly events is nice. Pool was down for maintence while we were there. They had an adults lounge as well as a fitness center that was well equipped. Rooms were great.
