Our family had a great stay here last year. Hope to get back this year.

Advertized amenites did not exist. No airport shuttle, breakfast/meals only ate once at the in hotel restaurant once high price and mediocre quality food. 4 day stay room never cleaned,trash not emptied. Lack of service while we were there was disappointing. However it was clean facilities.

Five hour delay for check-in. No room service, and restaurant closed on Sundays, not disclosed in any of the hotel information. Pool closed for repairs. No housekeeping service (yes, I know there is a pandemic going on) but no towel delivery, coffee supply delivery, or any knowledge by front desk staff that housekeeping service was nonexistent when called. Trash that had been put out in the hallway (ie, takeout leftover bags) Monday night was still sitting there on Tuesday night, and the only communal trashcans in elevator lobby were overflowing. Clearly, the place was woefully understaffed (the excuse given for the unconscionable delay in check-in, waiting 5 hours past the advertised check-in time for a room to be available, and not the requested room type, to boot). But that's no excuse for not letting guests know what was going on, apologizing for it, and providing some modest compensation (how about free water bottles or snacks for the lobby-full of people hanging around unmasked anyway and waiting for rooms?) Very disappointed in this, from Hilton, no less

My wife and I never recieved a room, though we waited for about two hours. Also, management never acknowledged nor apologized for the inconvenience to which we were subjected.

It was a great experience

It is a very new property so room is very nice, great bed, linens and nice bathroom amenities. Housecleaning did was upon request only and when I did request new towels, coffee pods and coffee cups they forgot to deliver so I went down to front desk to get them. I stayed on the "Freeway Side" of the hotel - not good. At night, especially if it rained, the Interstate 5 sounded like it was in your bedroom. Very hard to sleep when it sounds like a semi truck is at the foot of your bed. You definitely want to request the back side that isn't facing I-5 freeway. Rooms were nice with a fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. I would have rated the hotel higher if not for the noise level.

The pool and hot tub were a great benefit to staying here. I really enjoyed all of the newer finishes, fixtures, furniture, and equipment.

Hello, We would like to apologize about the long wait times to check in and for no room service during your stay, we are a little short staff but are working very hard to accommodate each guest. Hilton hotels will only provide housekeeping service the 5th day of your stay due to covid however you may always grab extra toiletries at the front desk. Again I am very sorry we were not able to meet your expectations during your stay and I understand your frustration. If there is anything we can do to make this right please let us know.
