Great stay and close to everything. Plus the breakfast here is pretty good and has a decent selection of items.

Nothing special here, but it was decent. The room was standard, although the bathroom was a little cramped. The t.v. did not have HD, which made watching basketball very difficult. The bed was fine, and it had a microwave and refrigerator, which were convenient. Everything was clean. I got what I paid for.

Arrived late, due to weather, and were greeted with kindness. Staff is very helpful. Cannot beat this hotel for the price. Wonderful breakfast included. Comfy bed. Well appointed decor. Very clean. Enjoyed our stay!

I expected it to be ok, but because I know the general area & the age of the hotel, I expected it to be more of an older, motor inn feel. I was very pleasantly surprised! This hotel is a gem of a find. The staff were all very pleasant, helpful & PROFESSIONAL. The room & hotel in general was clean & had been updated nicely. The hot breakfast was great. I will return & highly recommend it.

Good location, very close to shopping and walking distance to many restaurants with easy access to the Interstate. The bed was bit harder than either I or my wife would have liked but this is a personal choice and others might find it just right. Breakfast was good. I would have preferred to have some fried potatoes or hashbrowns as well (I would always include them if I was running the place. They are fairly inexpensive and very easy to maintain on a buffet because they can be left out longer than some of the other items without going "stale" and they are very filling).

I love this place I'd definitely stay again only down fall was the fact that they don't have early check in. We got in at 5am and couldn't check in til 3pm, no ifs ands or buts smh we had to find something to do for 10 hours to occupy ourselves. We ended up sleeping in our rental car in the parking lot smh.

Rubber sheets with a skimpy sheet covering it?? please. Uncomfortable, noisy, and hot. We both slept very poorly as a result so I cannot recommend this place.

The staff was friendly but the room cleanliness and comfort of the room was poor. My toilet was dirty and the bed was hard as a rock. Switched hotels the following night.

male staff is no friendly , other women staff is ok.

Its worth the few extra dollars to stay here. You know you will get a nice clean room and a good breakfast. Convenient location close to everything. The hotel staff is friendly and down to earth. I think if you are unfamiliar with the other area hotels, for a little more you wont be disappointed with this BW. Safe and quiet. One of my favorites.

Friendly staff. I left a valuable item in the lobby. Discovered my error six hours later. They had found it and safely stored it.

Stayed two nights for sessions at the conference center. Hotel has been remodeled since I stayed there last and is very nice. Room was exceptionally clean and smelled really good. Very quiet - heard some footsteps above me the first night but nothing that kept me awake. Perfect walking distance (less than a block) from conference center and exceptional value for price. Only complaint was I got a very hard new bed and my back was not happy after two nights on it. Staff explained the beds are new and to ask about getting a softer bed next time - will do! Also - if you are dairy or gluten intolerant, plan on bringing your own breakfast - nothing that would work there for me (no dairy for me). They do have refrig and micro in the room.

The hotel was under staffed, which meant a lot of wait time to check-in and when in need of anything else. The toilet in our original room wouldn't flush. They upgraded us to a suite for free, but the a/c was so loud, we had to turn it off and open a window. At 5 a.m. the trash truck came and we had the close the window but then wee hot. There were blackout curtains in the first part of the suite, but not the bedroom part, so it was light at 5 a.m. too. Also, the showers in both bathrooms were either super hot or cold. It was difficult to find a comfortable temperature, especially for kids.

Great location and close to downtown seattle at a reasonable price.

Great location due to quick access to Interstate 5, food and Alderwood Mall. Very clean rooms and hotel, friendly staff. Dated but why it's reasonably priced.

In town to attend a two-day conference at the Lynnwood Convention Center which is just next door. The hotel was clean, quiet, updated, staff friendly, and room very comfortable. Were able to leave car in parking lot to walk to conference center. Breakfast area large and food good (sausage/eggs and waffles included). Highly recommend for business or family. Exercise room small - only one treadmill so make sure you go early if you want to work out!

This place filled up to the brim, as most do this time of year. Lots of children/families, but overall well bahaved. Great hard working staff and the free breakfast in the morning really helps. The food was fine for food of the masses. The only issue was the couple that arrived very late above our room after we had gone to bed. They were the elephant foot type on a floor that has problems. It sqweaked and flexed everytime someone up there moved about. They were up very late and the floor was following their every move. So, not a very restful night, but a place to hang your hat on the way through.

While visiting Seattle for the first time, we decided to try a hotel instead of south of downtown Seattle. I believe we made a good choice due to the traffic coming from the south. The hotel was clean, the employees were kind, and the morning breakfasts were very nice. There was a variety of breakfast items, including hot items. We would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was great. It had a bit of everything. Wanted to shop at Alderwood Mall but did not know it was closed for Easter Sunday, managed to shop at the Seattle Premium Outlet. The room that we stayed had a bit of smokey odor, other than that, room was ok.

Overall Good. Most of staff are pleasant and know what they are doing. Cleaners are great with great attitudes. Great breakfast for both days! Disappointed across both rooms for pillows and pillow top mattress covers. - it appears that ALL best westerns have gone to a miniature pillow. When asked for 1 larger pillow for a pregnant lady, they did not have. We put 6 across 1 queen size bed to make it workable = not good. - The pillow tops reflect heat, had to have window open with A/C on with no quilt to get sleep = not good Great location for shopping, easily reached out from Everett, Renton to downtown Seattle's pike place. With these issues in mind, you can make it work due to location. Watch pricing as it drastically fluctuates.
