We had an excellent stay at Best Western Plus Prairie Inn. After staying at several hotels during our road trip, this property really stood out for all the right reasons. The hotel was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and professionally managed. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and everything worked exactly as expected. The common areas were clean, the property felt safe and welcoming, and it was clear that the staff takes pride in maintaining the hotel. The staff was friendly, courteous, and made the check-in and check-out process smooth and hassle-free. The complimentary breakfast was well organized, with a good variety of fresh options to start the day. We were traveling as a family with our dog, and this hotel provided a comfortable and relaxing stop during our journey. It truly lived up to the Best Western Plus standard.
