I stay here when in town. Mainly because the beds are comfortable

I would recommend waiting until the construction is complete. It was noisy, the swimming pool was closed 2 of the 3 days we were there and we had a terrible room service meal. I hope that they plan on replacing the glass "wall" next to the doors to the suites and installing some sound barriers between each room and the rooms and the hall.

The hotel staff was nice and helpful when I had interaction with them. The hotel is under significant construction which made parking and entering inconvenient. The room was very nice. The complementary breakfast had a wide variety.

At the time I stayed, the hotel was under renovation. The rooms supposedly had been done, but the work seemed sub-par. The lobby and main public spaces were in progress, so I really can't comment there. What really disappointed me was that this is supposed to be a full-service hotel, but they don't open room service until dinner. As a business traveler, that meant that I had to skip breakfast and pick something up at Starbucks -- suboptimal. This seemed to be the go-to place for bus-based travel-tours to lodge their guests.

Very nice hotel. Nice newly renovated rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent complimentary morning made to order breakfast. Super comfortable beds and bedding. Right off I 5 but surprisingly quiet.

Good Trip! Good amenities and good location! I would recommend for families.

We stay there just for one night and everything was Ok. Confortable.

smells like chlorine, rooms are half rate, at full price and customer service (including concierge) is definitely not very friendly.

Although a bit of a drive to Seattle (15-20 minutes), this Embassy Suites is still a great value, with very pleasant staff, particularly the front-desk crew and bartender. Worth the money; would stay there again.

Everything was perfect, they were so fiendly up front whatever you need they bring it to you and the snacks and breakfast was DELISHES

This hotel is right off the freeway so very quick on and off. Very clean and quiet with a great made to order breakfast in the morning.

Excellent Bfast, loves the manager's happy hour, janitorial service is always prompt. I just hop they clean the pool in between. the water looks dirty by the end of the day I only wish it is much closer to downtown! Otherwise it is a great place to stay!

Clean and convenience location. Will go again !!!!

From the time we arrived until the time we left the entire staff went out of their way to be of service. The full service breakfast was fantastic. Especially the custom ordered Omelette.

Hotel is difficult to find as there is no sign on the main street, 44th Ave West, (Hotel is within a block or two of Interstate 5.) . But once you find it, the hotel is just great. Rooms are clean and the complementary, cooked to order breakfast is sensational. Food is outstanding and plentiful. Hotel is located about 20 miles north of Seattle and is another 10 miles from the airport. However, the diamond lane makes for a quick and easy drive into Seattle to see the sights and on to the airport to turn in your rental car. Lynwood is filled with good restaurants within a mile or two of the hotel. Loved it. Will stay there again if I go to the area.

My wife an I loved our stay in this hotel. Very friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast was outstanding! Very clean room. Never any unwanted noise. Only negative thing I can think of is the $5 wifi access.

I usually stay in the University area when in Seattle on business. That area was completely booked so I chose the Embassy Suites in Lynnwood because I have stayed at the hotel chain elsewhere. This place was perfect and will definitely be the place I stay next time. The hotel staff was excellent, the place was impeccably clean. A refrigerator and microwave could be something I would plan for in the future.

I stayed here with my family for a couple of nights. We wanted to stay in Seattle before heading up to Vancouver. The location was great, off the 5 fwy and not too far from Downtown Seattle or other shopping areas. The room was nice, nothing too special, but I did like how roomy it was. What's great about this hotel is that it offers complimentary breakfast and has a cocktail hour in the early evenings. I didn't get a chance to go to the cocktail hour, but their breakfast was good; coffee, made to order omelets, eggs, bacon, etc. I do have one complaint and this is concerning the quality of service. As someone who works regularly with a variety of hotels and hospitality venues around the country, I felt that this hotel was lacking. I had left a dress (yes, I know, it was my fault I had left something when I checked out) in the closet of the room I was staying in. My family and I were driving up to Vancouver, Canada for a wedding. I called the hotel from my Vancouver hotel. I was told there wasn't anyone from housekeeping available to help me so I left a message describing the item I left, my room number, when I checked out and a call back number. I didn't receive a call the few days I was in Vancouver. We drove back toward Seattle a few days later to catch a flight at the SeaTac airport. I called the hotel again and once again no one was able to help me so I left another message. Thankfully, an hour later someone called me saying they had the dress. Overall, I'm not sure if I would stay at this hotel again. Service is always the most important thing to me and I don't believe this situation was handled well.

Located adjacent to I-5 north of Seattle it is the perfect suburban location to visit the city and access its many waterways as well as tourist destinations. The suite was very good overall, clean, and had what we needed. The staff was helpful, accommodating, and timely in their service. However, the hotel needs a little updating as the ottoman in our suite was worn out along with every cushioned chair in the lobby and breakfast/manager's reception area. The service for breakfast and the manager's reception was cordial and fast, but the crowd overwhelmed the staff during the crowded breakfast times. I would suggest some additional variety for the reception for long-term guests. Overall, I would recommend this hotel based on its location, brand expectations, excellent staff, and value. We had an excellent time!

best situation, bed room for early-to-beders and front room from meet and greet.

Thank you for your comments. We had to close the pool unexpectedly to do repairs I am very sorry for this. It is now open again and ready for swimmers. I am very sorry this impacted your stay. I hope that you will allow us to accommodate you in the future. Regards,
