Room was upgraded thankfully after being placed on the ground floor right beside the elevator. We have been to this location many times in many years and found the hotel run down. Beds were old and not as comfy as before, carpets in hallways very stained.

Staff was wonderful, breakfast was amazing, room was very clean. Unfortunately we were placed in a room directly across from a couple of homeless people that were given the room for months to stay. The smell that was coming out of that room was atrocious and unfortunately garbage,dirt and hair was pouring into the hallway. We staying accross the hall from this room and all throughout the night (12:30am-5:30am)they were slamming the doors and shooting up in the hallways. I’ve never experienced something like this before and it should probably be addressed.

The hotel was very clean and everything provided was great including the rooms… one complaint I have is the day front desk women seemed a little rude and disinterested in her job. Any simple question I asked felt like she was irritated with it and she was not very welcoming.
