My ticket was a mixed class flight (economy + economy premium). I was confused what services would I get on economy leg: a) was worrying a bit that I'll need to pay for checked in baggage, b) didn't realize that meal was included until flight attendant told me that meal is included in my ticket (unlike for other economy passengers), but I already had a good breakfast..

My flight was a bit overbooked and a few of us were worried we weren’t going to get seats. But the ladies at the gate were so patient and helpful everything went fairly smooth.
