The staff were all so friendly and helpful, the room (Deluxe Room) was so clean and had everything I needed, the shower was fantastic, the courtyard was so nice and private thanks to the trees and gate, and it was really quiet in the area and felt safe. There are also so many dining and shopping locations in close walking distance. Highly recommend!

Comfortable and clean accommodations in the heart of Toronto. Friendly staff. Many dining and entertainment options nearby, a short walk to the beautiful indoor botanical garden in Allan Gardens. Walkable and with many public transit options available.

The staff were very helpful and did their best to address our issues, however the property is old and the bed was creaky which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The neighborhood is out of their control of course so there's nothing they could do about the homeless or the bums sprawled on the street further south on Pembroke Ave.

The hotel was great overall--friendly and helpful staff, great coffee in the AM, etc. My only complaint is that guests tend to slam their doors often, so I was woken up many times. Even so, I will still stay again one day, as the location and staff make up for the noise.

The sheets and towels are covered with black fluff and I found pieces of plastic in the towels. No clue how they're being laundered. There was a bag of towels on the floor I had to step around to get from the check in desk to the stairs. The property is super run down and I'm grossed out by how icky it feels.

Quiet enough for a night's sleep. Room wasn't new, but was clean. Shower worked well. Mattress and pillow firm and comfortable, but bed was very squeaky when you moved around in it. WiFi worked well.

The next street was full of drug addicted and homeless people. The Pembroke Hotel was safe and 24h staffed with guys at the door. Very good. In Toronto, the area feeling changes from street to street. It was quiet and felt quite safe.

Obviously has some new upgrades. We have stayed there before and the bathroom was very nicely done. But, I spilled some water in the bedroom and when I wiped it up, the towel was pretty dirty. This time, didn’t check the floor. The room was nice. The bathroom had a newer toilet and vanity but our shower stall had mould. Staff is very considerate and helpful.

We went early to ask if we could leave our luggage. The room was ready so it was no problem to check in then. Basement room was fine, bed was comfy, bathroom was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel provided a basic, clean room. The shower needs upgrading. The Inn has a charm but is a little run down. There is a lot of potential. It was nice to have the lounge with coffee and tea available. The staff is friendly and helpful.
