Very good. Extremely clean and well organized. Water pressure in the shower is good even though you would not expect that for a basement apt. Lighting good, except for one lamp in the corner, everything worked. Iron, ironing board, washer, dryer, everything you could ask for. Water jugs in the fridge and extra bottles too. Cutlery, plates, etc all available. Mattress seems to be a futon and is very firm, which is how I like it. A little cool but an extra heater and blankets helped. The only downside is that the ceiling is low - so don't be too tall !

Cozy apartment

I was in Kitchener for work and really appreciated downtown location for walkability, good kitchen, lots of hot water, very clean and cozy. It is a basement, so you might not want to spend much daytime there, but i highly recommend

Such a wonderful place and so close to Victoria Park

Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures! The place was all I hoped it would be. This is my first time using a rental program and Cindy was wonderful right from the start answering any questions I had. The whole process was so easy. Amazing location

Cindy is an awesome person. The location is fantastic and the sheet of recommendations she provided are excellent as well! The property is super close to a beautiful park with the Boathouse dtk which had great beer and food. Next time I am in the kitchener area I would definitely stay with Cindy!

This apartment was modern, clean and tidy and comfortable. There is a clean fully equipped kitchen. I appreciated the lighting as it is a basement space with smaller windows. The bed was comfortable and the bed sitting area was a good size. The host was easy to communicate with and was accommodating. I would stay here again.

This is a great place to stay for a couple visiting Kitchener. Cindy was an excellent host and provided everything we needed. Parking was excellent as we had use of the whole driveway. For anyone having to visit St Mary's Hospital, this place is only a 5 minute drive. Thanks again Cindy for everything right down to the chocolates on the pillow. Deb & Larry (we will surely book again if needed)

The only thing I have to complain about is that we could not find the hair dryer and had no way of contacting the owner other than knocking at her door, which we did not want to do. The Vrbo link for my reservation was not working, so I could not reach her through the app nor through Expedia.

Nice stay

Had a very nice stay. Cindy was very sweet and had turned the lights on when we ended up not being able to arrive until late due to traffic accidents. It is a basement apartment and an old house so you will hear what goes on upstairs but we didn't mind. The only down side I would say is that occasionally there were really strong whift of cigarette smoke. If you're sensitive to smells like me it's best to bring an air purifier. Otherwise a great stay!
