Our charming and private home is located on an acre lot in the village of Blair, just minutes from the 401. Nestled under the many trees gives meaning to its name; Under the Whispering Pines. Upon arrival, drive up the left side of the driveway and look park in front of the garage. You can easily access the side entrance (with keypad) to the house. Lots of room for guests to park on either of the driveways. Kitchen is a chef’s dream equipped with a beautiful high-end 6 burner gas range, large fridge with built-in ice maker, and Bosch dishwasher. There is a main floor master bedroom with ensuite, equipped with two showers and a large beautiful tub with jets. There are two other bedrooms upstairs and a loft area where you can curl up and watch tv. It’s another great place for guests to sleep. In the spring, summer and early fall, you can enjoy the beautiful heated pool in the backyard oasis. In addition to the various lounging areas, there is also a separate Poolhouse with bar, bath and wood-burning fireplace included.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fireplace.

Our stay at Niki’s house was nothing short of incredible! We booked her house for our wedding party to stay at ahead of the wedding and Niki was extremely helpful and communicative from the get go almost a year out. When we checked in, she met us personally to show us the property (which is absolutely stunning) and even left us a bottle of bubbly to celebrate. The property and house looked beautiful in pictures but is truly incredible in person. Our wedding party and families could not stop raving about it and we feel so fortunate to have spent a few days ahead of our special day at this secluded retreat. We’d highly recommend and cannot thank Niki enough for her hospitality.

We booked this property to host a rehearsal dinner and for bridal pictures in the morning. The property was better than described and Niki the host was great-easy to work with, answered my many questions and gave me a personal tour on how to use the home effectively. I can’t say enough about how beautiful the properly is inside and out. The pool house was an added bonus with great sunlight access for make-up/hair and enabled everyone to be together for the process. The pool house also served as a great spot to host the wedding party for a dinner. The property is great for a getaway but was perfect to make my daughter’s wedding experience perfect.

Hosting Family and Friends for our Daughter’s Wedding at Langdon Hall

Niki’s home was the perfect place for us to host family and friends who traveled from Pittsburgh for our daughter’s wedding at Langdon Hall. Niki was incredibly helpful and always responded promptly, which made everything go smoothly.The outdoor area was private and inviting, and the entertainment space and pool house quickly became everyone’s favorite place to gather. We stayed for five days, and “Under the Whispering Pines” will forever be a special part of our daughter’s wedding week.

12/10! Your own private resort, even better than the photos

Our family had the pleasure to spend an extended weekend at this lovely Blair home as part of a wedding event nearby at Whistlebear golf & country club. Not only was the home absolutely spectacular, so were the grounds and amenities. We swam in the heated pool, entertained and socialized both fireside and poolside and also convened around the “twisted kilt pub” poolhouse to enjoy the hockey game and dinner at the harvest table. The attention to detail made this stay an experience for our family one for the memory books. The gourmet kitchen was a treat to cook in and little details like a Napoleon BBQ, an integrated Sonos, a glass washer at the bar or the luxurious heated toilet seats and jacuzzi tub in the bathroom made it hard to leave. The owner / host Niki was a pleasure to interact with - helpful, always accessible yet gave us the privacy and space to have an absolutely stellar family get together. We never left the grounds as you won’t want to and this would be a dream experience any season of the year !

Out-of-town wedding stay!

Niki’s home is a special place to stay! Our daughter’s wedding was taking place 3 minutes away and this was the perfect home while we were away from our own. The perfect stay!

I cannot thank Niki enough for such a perfect stay!! From before we booked this venue until after we checked out, Niki was amazing at communication, answering any questions we had, offering suggestions for best use of the rental, and checking in to make sure all is well during our stay! The house, poolhouse, and entire property are STUNNING, receiving endless compliments from all of our guests. She even left us a sweet gift for booking and helped me put out extra chairs and tables and rearrange things to suit my needs upon arrival! The heated pool was amazing, offering delightful evening and morning swim opportunities. I cannot recommend this place enough and already have people asking questions about how they can book their stay. Thank you for the most amazing weekend!
