Hotel is too close to train tracks and heat in the room was too loud to sleep with it on. Made for a cold night in February. Mattresses are terrible. Furthermore, rooms are very outdated and worn. Dining area was clean and nice, and the location is great for highway access and amenities. Thank you.

The room had a few quirks. The drawers on the credenza would not stay closed. And the shower products were not refilled so had nothing to use while in the shower. Other than that it was a nice unit to stay in.

the staff was good but the issue we had was with the swarm 100s of ants that came from somewhere either the trim or sink and were trying to get into the fridge which contained our left overs, amazingly last time i stayed in the somewhat next to it the same thing happened so not like its a one time occurrence. i travel to brantford a lot thru out the winter for bowling tournaments. so putting ant traps out behind the fridge doesn't solve the problem just makes it look like you tried at least
