The plane was old. It was so noisy that couldn't hear anything. My air knob didn't work. It was loose. No entertainment on the flight.
Mandated to check carry on bag as all overhead compartments were full.
Delta employees are great. Jennifer at the desk in Dallas was awesome.
I recommend this airline to anyone traveling inside the US.
