I would of gave them 5 stars because the bartender was great , the hotel had a shuttle to disneyland...everything was fine til the end of the night, i asked front desk if they had water bottles, she said no but they had vending machines on all floors, we went to every floor and they had no water..So i called front desk and asked if we can purchase from the little store they have inside even thou it had closed at 10pm, she said no , you can go across the street to the gas station. I was like wow..horrible customer service.

Once you arrive to the hotel, everything looks nice. It has Disney characters around makes you feel welcome that was in the first tower. We were staying in the second tower that was a total opposite. It was dark gloomy smelled. The carpet was ripped. The walls were falling apart they had tape on them and the room looks like they have not been remodeled. The experience in the second tower was scary did not feel happy and pleasant like in the first tower. I called and asked for a room change and they said there was nothing available since it was late. I couldn’t move to another hotel. my family was tired. We also came home with bug bites.

Terrible Hotel

The roo.s looks good but it smells musky. Get a room but the bottom bed mattress of the bunk bed had urine smells they switch us to a different room that had the same problem. Our family had to leave. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Slightly out dated. Plugs at wall need attention/replacement, would not hold plug in for charging multiple items. Hardware in bathroom needs replacement(rusted) We were on second floor and had stairs to walk through to haul children and luggage. Was difficult.

The property is on the older side and a little shabby around the edges. Small things like some entrances not having ramps and a bit of an older musty smell could be improved. However the castle theme was such a delight for my four year old that it was well worth it. We were able to see the Disney fireworks from the hotel (but keep this in mind if your child is afraid of loud noises in the night). Overall this was a great budget pick that was still very conveniently located for our Disneyland vacation.

It was close to Disneyland easy access. Hotel is outdated needs to be clean more often. We didn’t get our clean room at all.

Love this place has a great family feel the pool is never packed, they have little events and magical stuff you can add. like princess wake up movie time a magician and other stuff im sure. The shuttle is so nice to have runs early i think 730 or 8 am to 1230 am. Location is nice next to a bunch of food and store options and very close to downtown disney. Cant wait to come back in 3 years.
