The property is great, the staff and the amenities are wonderful. The only thing I didnt like was the hot water situation. Hot water wasnt readily available, which meant showers were either cold or spent waiting, hoping, or praying for hot water.

Bad bed, bad service

We stayed at his hotel 2 years ago and we had such a good experience so we booked with them again. The shuttle to Disney is very convenient and my kid loved the ducks. We asked if we could have the same room as last time and we were told no. It was obvious that it was empty-the windows were open so you could see in it. The mattress in our room was so bad that I had to sleep on the couch for the 2nd nights stay. The headboard slammed against the wall anytime anyone even touched or sat on the bed. We should have asked to move rooms but who wants to move rooms after walking 10 hours at Disney. The guests in the room next door were so loud. We inquired about borrowing some real silverware from the restaurant because we had picked up steaks at Ruth Chris. They refused and then told us that they usually charge for plastic silverware but they would make an exception this time. My son’s dad had to give his license as collateral to the front desk before they would even issue us a luggage cart to unload our car. The staff in general was rude and unhelpful. The coffee in the shop came out of a machine-it was not good and way over priced. But they were charging for it like it was a Starbucks. Idk what happened this time because our last stay was excellent but it was not the 2nd time. I just got off the phone with the manager who was rude and just made excuses. For $250-$300 a night-stay someplace else.

Bet outdated but organized. Shower puddled up when taking a shower, drainage work needed. Other than that very clean and comfortable stay. Definitely staying again. Shuttle service to the park was amazing.

Budget luxury

This is a nice hotel, but it had some flaws. It looks like a luxury hotel, but you get what you pay for, and it's not luxury pricing. They do provide services suitable for a quality hotel. There are 2 restaurants. We only ate at the America style one (the other is Japanese) and the food was mediocre. Not bad (although my husband said the steak was underseasoned and poorly cooked), but not particularly good. Our room was large. The beds were comfortable. They said we had a "view", but it was of a swimming pool and we had to listen to kids shouting fairly late at night. we could also hear fireworks being set off, although we couldn't see them. There was an absolutely awful art piece on the wall of giant horses. It was creepy because it was irridescent and the horse looked like ghosts in dim light. The bathroom was also annoying. The sink drained poorly and my husband looked at it and said it was clogged. It wasn't so bad that we complained. He just cleaned it out a bit. Also, the sink was in the same room as the toilet and tub/shower, which was annoying since I couldn't get water whenever I wanted to. Finally, the description said it had a hot tub. That is an important feature to me since I'm usually sore after walking at Disneyland all day. The hot tub was either non-existant or non-operational. A ground crew member said it would be available May... 2026 (this was April 2025). The shuttle worked well and was frequent enough that we didn't have to wait more than 20 minutes.

I booked this hotel because we wanted to be closer to Disneyland. We had a hotel booked for the day we went to Disneyland but not the day before and we couldn't get another night so I booked here. The hotel looks nice in the pictures but the room I got for what I payed was horrible. The AC didn't work correctly. The beds were uncomfortable, and the bathroom was extremely small. I was told that parking was $20 plus tax per night, but I ended up paying over $35. This hotel is very misleading. We paid less for the other hotel we stayed at and it was nicer. They even gave us a free upgrade. This hotel needs to be more truthful and reevaluate what it's charging for.

Very clean hotel, staff is very nice and friendly. Just finding your room at first is a little confusing with the layout but once I learned where it was, it was fine. Love the convenience of the Disney shuttle also. Would definitely stay here again.

A great place to stay

Wonderful place to stay. Restaurant food is excellent and the room was very comfortable. Shuttles to and from Disneyland resort were right on time. Will defiantly stay again.
