The hotel was nice and very convenient. Everything was super close to us. Many many food options to choose from. Disney was only about an 5 minute drive. The outlets were about 8 minutes away which was nice as well. Definitely coming back.

As soon as we opened the door to the room there was a pretty bad smell. Left the door open and turned the fan on. Took a shower and the water didn’t drain. The standing water was still at the bottom of the bathtub this morning when we left. We were just there for two nights while we went to Disneyland. I don’t think that I would sleep there again or recommend it.

I had another nice stay at the Queens Inn though the bathroom may need a touch-up. Also, whoever installed the shower knobs must have come from Opposite Land because the water was cold when it should have been hot and vice versa. I'd also appreciate it if they offered smaller wash cloths. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay and I definitely come back soon.

When we arrived there was sticky residue on the carpets. The house keepers never cleaned and we were there for 6 days. We were first timers coming from Chicago and when we got there we didn’t know we had to wait till 3pm to check in. We arrived at 11am and had to sit for an additional 4 hours with no food no water until check in time.

One night of sleeping on that hard bed injured my back. I couldn't turn my head for two days without sharp pain. The neighboring rooms had thin walls with rowdy occupants, thumping all day and night. Would not stay again.

Good location but poor conditions.

The location was great however the rooms are super old and have an odd smell. The towels are small and old with holes on it. I don't think the owner cares enought to invest on renovations. I mean even the doors are in bad shape. The place has a lot of potential but desperately needs some woek.
