Checking in was a breeze, however the first room we were given the door mechanism did not work. Went back to the front desk and the staff member said oh. Yeah we’ve had problems with that door, but I wanted to try it. So we got new keys for another room. We checked in and after a long drive my husband tried to take a hot shower to loosen his muscles. There was no hot water. It barely got to Luke warm water. We ended up calling it a night and went to bed. The beds are firm, but the pillows are firmer. We woke up late and missed breakfast. Took another cool shower and went to the store to get slippers (floors were filthy) and new pillows. We finally called the front on our last night as the water wouldn’t even get to warm. The maintenance man came and spent well over an hour trying to figure out what to do. We were able to get back to warm water, but we were so sore from our four nights of cool showers and uncomfortable beds. We’ve stayed here on and off since 2014, and I can say as a long time customer, there have been changes and not great ones. 3 stars purely for the maintenance man and the guest service who checked us out of the room. They were great. We visit Anaheim 1-2 times a month, but we will likely not stay again unless there is one heck of a deal on rooms. The value isn’t there anymore, unfortunately.

The rooms are ok when it comes to cleanliness. The bed was very uncomfortable and there was always sounds between the walls like something was going to break. It was weird not sure how to describe it. Customer service was ok. Super upsetting when we got asked to leave the cafeteria while we were still eating breakfast. I understand they have cleaning to do but we were almost done and honestly they could’ve cleaned around the patio first. We would’ve taken it to the room but they had a “do not take breakfast to the room” sign. The food was cold as well nothing was really hot unless you made the waffles. I wouldn’t stay at that hotel again.

Very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. Very nice that the hotel has free breakfast. I do say that I wish it smelled cleaner. The rooms were very clean but I wish the smell reflected that. Overall very nice.

Just not the same place the pictures portray. Good for value but really just motel 6 with a decent continental breakfast. Lot of smokers standing outside there rooms smoking. If you’re just going to spend the night and leave, it’s worth it, but I would probably spend the next year 50 bucks to say so nicer

Coming into the hotel I wasn’t skeptical about the distance of the park but the reliability of the hotel, and the location around the hotels. It was very convenient to gas stations and convenience stores. Hotel service was great coming in very friendly. They greeted me even when it was nighttime and you’re exhausted from traveling. Having breakfast is nice but I wish they extended breakfast time from 6am to 10 am. Especially when there’s more people waking up early for rope drop and late sleepers. Liked how there was options for drinks and make your own waffle makers. I’d definitely stay here again!

The initial check in day was a bit rocky as they gave us an older room which had a smell that was unsettling and there was no safe in the rooms which we were not aware of when we booked. But, they heard our concerns and moved us to one of the other rooms that were vclean and veought a safe to the room for us. They cleaned the room every day and the pool was nice.
