The room was super cozy and the staff very friendly. Perfect size fridge that can hold bottles of soda and more. New smart tv, so I can watch youtube and stream shows when relaxing.

I had to contact the property 30 minutes before I arrived because I never received the info I was supposed to. Just a warning, there is no elevator. The room was fine. It was kind of dirty though. We had to clean off the bathroom fan so it could work while taking showers. The hallways smell slightly of wet dog.

Hair in the bath, cracked sink, tears in the drapes, mold in the shower and shower window sill and horribly loud outside until the early hours of the morning. Also, toilet seat almost completely detached, food left in fridge and lord who knows what on the face of the fridge.

Room was great. Just as described. Parking a block away unless you get there early for parking on the street. A lot of homeless people down the street. Man yelling and screaming, two people arguing, at 4 in the morning.

Very good communication and check in / out procedure (DIY). Kitchenette came stocked with plates, bowls, napkins. In a lovely part of DTLB with tons of walkable food and beverage including a VONS market a block away. AC runs cold ❤️. Idk if it’s standard but the streaming services were available for us to use. Parking is the toughest part even if you use the affiliated garage as it’s a block and a half away. Very quiet and peaceful. We almost felt like a nuisance it was so quiet haha! Comfy bed. Historic building. Overall would very much recommend and look forward to another stay here.

The hotel was in a very good location. Accessing the room was easy with the no-staff check-in. with no elevator to the second and third floors, carrying a 45 pound piece of luggage was a little difficult. But we were advised of this ahead of time. I’m sure that the mattresses and the rooms will be upgraded soon as there seem to be a large number of obese people have been using the one we had. I had a little difficulty trying to figure out why there was no sound on the TV until I realize it was set up for headphones. I found on the rear panel where the headphones device plugged into and unplugged it and was able to get the sound back on. The kitchenette was a very nice feature and was helpful. The bathroom was well stocked. It turned out to be a very good value for us.

No staff that i saw. The room was mostly very cleans minus some dishes that were left out I assume should have been clean but had dried food stuck on theme. Other than that everything was good.

Room is not in a great area but the bigger issue is The staff told us to check in at 1115 and our code didn’t work When I finally got upstairs the room was not ready until 2 hours later - that was not big deal but when we did enter the room had a urine stench and there was still cereal on the floor and dirty counters. The room is very loud with street noise and hallway activity . Vacuum running late , homeless at the front door and A lot of outside activity

everything was nice and clean. Quiet and walkable to different restaurants. There is a beach near by and close to the cruise port would of gave it 5 stars but the heater wasn’t working and it was a little cold
