The guy checked us in and had us wait. We had to put our belongings in an outside closet and wait hours to be checked in. Once checked in we had to wait more hours for our refrigerator to get cold. They unplug the refrigerators when guests leave. Terrible idea

Overall property it’s good it’s clean beds are comfortable so I definitely will be staying there again only downside is that when parking it’s full you will get charge to park off site or try to look on street to park but it’s limited

the room was ok Pricey,, ,,The people staying above floor ,,not just the room above me but the whole upper rSorry your stay wasn't ideal. What didn't go well - room, staff, amenities, or something else?* ooms,,heavy-footed ,,doors opening and closing ,,i finally got to sleep around midnight, I have stayed there this was my 4th time, Never again ,i called and even went outside and talked to the manager ,,with No luck ,,Wow And i paid almost 170.00 for 1night"",,this could have been a better stay,,Goodluck in the future,,i will post this on my media,,thx Logan
