Comfortable, relaxing equals to peace of mind staying at this hotel.

I was disapointed that the hotel didn't provide free Wifi. After I purchased Wifi around 9pm, I wasn't able to use it in morning. I checked out at 7:30am the next day. That's why I would not recommend this hotel or stay there again.

The facility gives a contemporary Zen vibe upon entry. The front desk was very professional and informative. The room appeared clean upon entry. But, like most hotels further inspection reveals dirty corners and stains on the side box spring of the bed. Yuk! I am one of those who always looks under the bed when I enter the room.

We come to Long Beach 4 to 5 times a year and have always stayed at this hotel. But this time it found us leaving feeling we would never be back to stay here. The room furniture had not been wiped off, the booklets on the desk had all kinds of stuff spilled on it. The air made such a loud noisy when it came on that sleeping was impossible. The bathroom floor left footprints when you walked on it because of the dust. The TV sound blanked out every other word. The room was made to be adjoined to the room next door if required and the people who stayed keep unlocking the latch hook and pushing on the door during the night. I'm sad for having to write such a bad review because the location of this hotel is so convenient for our future trips.

Great hotel - centrally located, very friendly staff, clean rooms.

To be honest I booked here because of last minute business travel where my hotel selection was limited. Overall, very nice staff who was super accommodating for the my short one night stay. However the hotel rooms are definitely in need of some upgrades as the rooms seems dated. The TV was an issue as it kept skipping in and out with a "no signal" message for most channels I changed to (maybe that had something to do with the hotel's distance to Long Beach Airport). But my biggest complaint which I think speaks to the need for upgrades in the hotel was the lack of available outlets. Trying to charge my phone and laptop was next to impossible. I think nowadays it's important that hotels provide sufficient outlets and this hotel is severely lacking. So while it may seem like a small issue and overall it is, it's a relatively small issue to correct that I think could make a big difference.

Nice rooms, good restaurant & bar. Indoor pool, fire pit and fitness center great. I splurged for the concierge level room. It has a common room with full breakfast and beverages and snacks during the day. When I arrived at the hotel I was told it was only open on the weekdays. What a major disappointment. It would have been nice to know that in advance. They gave me a voucher for breakfast but I was hoping to meet some friends in the concierge-level common area. (They also booked a concierge room.)

The hotel is only a few minutes from Long Beach airport, with complimentary self-parking in the lot in front of the hotel. Registration was quick and friendly. Room and hotel facilities are up to date at Marriott standard. Breakfast was good and priced fairly. We had an enjoyable stay and plan to return the next time we are in the area.

went there for 1 day business meeting. this hotel was at very convenient location to my meeting place. room was clean and quite without any issues. Internet could be faster.

We booked this hotel for a few nights while we were in town for a wedding. The front desk staff was wonderful. There had been a mix up with our booking info, but they quickly switched things around and got us into the same room for all three nights. We had a wonderful stay!

Great hotel - nice indoor/outdoor pool areas, excellent rooms and two good restaurants and a Starbucks on-site. Right across the street from the Long Beach airport (so great location if you are flying to/from there). Only downside is there isn't much else located nearby other than the airport.

My one night stay was pleasant. The staff was helpful in meeting my Business Center needs. The location was very convenient. I will be certain to consider this property in the future.

The hotel was nice, clean and I really enjoy my stay there

Very close to Long Beach airport, prompt shuttle service. Clean, comfortable and very pleasant staff.

I am not happy with the service. It is kind of expensive and very poor service. You will not get anything (Including TV) unless you asked.

My girl friend and son had a great time beautiful Pool and nice gym very clean hotel lots of restaurants And stores close but hotel not near traffic

Hotel was just fine. Expected more for the price I paid. I get the same services at a regular motel for a lesser price. Expected at least free coffee in the room or maybe 1complementary breakfast for $139.00 per night.

Staff were all friendly, helpfull and neat. We visited to cafes, front desk, wait staff, bellman, front desk, servers, omlette station. All were great. Room was very neat and clean. Woud go back if the occasion arose. Thanks

Great room in a great location. Restaurant was great.

Thank you for your comments. The Long Beach Airport has a curfew ordinance and no flights are supposed to fly in and out which eliminates "airplane noise" after 10 PM to 7AM. We apologize that this inconvenienced you. Please note that the bar and pool are not connected to each other but are nearby to each other.
