It was a nice stay

overall, love to remodel although the hot water was hit/miss, multiple days it took 15 to 30 minutes to get hot water, one day lost water all together. We requested room cleaning 3 tmes, got once. Of all my visits, i was disappointed this time. may seek another place next round. Last , a girl in the room across the hall started singing opera so loud, i think she was heard in Scotland, when we knocked on her door, no answer. notified management, it continued for 30 more minutes. very obnoxious and her demeanor was very rude/entitled. Sorry but this trip wasnt like past ones at your facility.

We loved the room was very clean! Only thing I can say that I was highly disappointed about the service. I tried to order room service at 10 which the menu says serving until midnight but when I called the front desk they said they were closed already. Also, I paid an extra $30 for breakfast which they only gave us three options and they were just microwaved English muffin sandwiches. To top it all off I asked for late check out and got a rude receptionist who didn’t even bother looking up from her computer just bluntly informed me that there wasn’t late check out for the day.

I liked the updated rooms. The pool area was a cool design. What I didn’t like was the following: 1) When I went to shower I found the handle to select hot and cold water and the button to switch the water from bath fill to shower head was smeared with a dark brown substance. I cleaned it with some toilet paper, but it was a bit off putting. 2) The water feature behind the pool had a bit of algae and a large PVC pipe coming onto it from a pool house. I’m guessing it was a temporary fix due to a problem with the filtration system.

Wonderful grounds and great staff. I liked that there was an indoor pool in addition to the outdoor pool.

Needs to be updated. Very shabby conditions. Rooms were comfortable enough, however, ypu can hear every conversation from other rooms and hallways. Ordered pizza from Room Sevice- it Was Pizza Hut! WTH? Gross! No complimentary coffee or water. They have a Starbucks( sort of). Do you really have time to wait in a long line with only one employee making the orders? This was on a Saturday morning. The shuttle drivers are the Best! Being next to the airport there was very little noise from the outside. All said, okay to stay if you're just going to sleep there.

Mexican restaurant attached was good. First room smelled like mildew and there was a water leak at the sink with the garbage can catching the drips... I transferred to another room and it was fine. Breakfast buffet was good and the place was nice overall. Unfortunately, the shuttle that committed to take us to our business function was late - when it did arrive, someone with a flight "needed it more than us" despite the prearrangements. We ended up taking several ubers and being late to our function. When asking the staff about the shuttle commitment, we got a bunch of shrugged shoulders and people who didn't seem to care. It was quite disappointing.

Good hotel, I like how clise and convenient it is to the airport.

I was disapointed that the hotel didn't provide free Wifi. After I purchased Wifi around 9pm, I wasn't able to use it in morning. I checked out at 7:30am the next day. That's why I would not recommend this hotel or stay there again.

The facility gives a contemporary Zen vibe upon entry. The front desk was very professional and informative. The room appeared clean upon entry. But, like most hotels further inspection reveals dirty corners and stains on the side box spring of the bed. Yuk! I am one of those who always looks under the bed when I enter the room.

We come to Long Beach 4 to 5 times a year and have always stayed at this hotel. But this time it found us leaving feeling we would never be back to stay here. The room furniture had not been wiped off, the booklets on the desk had all kinds of stuff spilled on it. The air made such a loud noisy when it came on that sleeping was impossible. The bathroom floor left footprints when you walked on it because of the dust. The TV sound blanked out every other word. The room was made to be adjoined to the room next door if required and the people who stayed keep unlocking the latch hook and pushing on the door during the night. I'm sad for having to write such a bad review because the location of this hotel is so convenient for our future trips.
