Most of the reviews of this hotel are fallacious. Check in was perfunctory- desk person only spoke to request ID & Credit card (though room was prepaid & there are no extras to access). Room was clean but old & very tired. HVAC worked well but twin beds not the King we paid for. No hand soap, no bathroom glasses/ paper cups. The breakfast, glowingly reviewed by others was: a juice and coffee machine and a choice of 2 dry cereals or oatmeal. Grand total of 2 apples offered as fruit! The free shuttle back to the airport took a wait of 70 minutes, despite frequent pleas to the desk person! Way overpriced for what you get.

Room was not clean, the window is very dirty that I can’t even see outside, the cupboard has mold, then the bedsheets has a stain, then the blanket is ripped, the curtain has a cigarette burnt, then the bathroom doesn’t look clean as well. You have to just go for yourself... Will I be back No will I recommend I don't think so. Hotels are supposed to have their rooms clean from morning until it's done. U couldn't get towels until after 4pm 🤔 Ppl take showers if u take a shower when u come in from your trip u can't get anymore stuff until that evening. Where they do that at. Well. Enjoy.

We weren’t able to try the breakfast because we checked out early. There was coffee available, but no water. Our room was very outdated and the bathroom floor was crumbling. The shower was not clean at all. The airport shuttle was convenient.

The room looked and smelled dirty. I asked the guy at the front desk for a different remove because of the look and smell. He told me no. I could barely sleep on the sheets. Did not want to walk barefoot on the carpet. I had to leave a day early because of a funeral after i contacted Expedia and still did not get a solution from your company. Bad business.
