Perfect Service

The location of this property ia great!

Very clean and great front desk staff.

The location is very good. I think it is time to change the mattresses and pillows. The tv is the same one my grandma has. Please update your tv system, use smart tv. Towels are ok but could be better. You can not put your shampoo, soap, and lotion together on a soap holder in the bathroom. Overall, The Hilton hotels are old and the cleanliness is poor.

We were checkedvinto a room that had a terrible odor from an ac leak. We had to be relocated to another room.

Highlights: 1 Safety is great in the hotel. You have to use your room key to access the elevator, so no one can walk in off the street. Security was a constant presence by the entrance. The immediate surrounding area felt safe as well. 2 The room's skyline view! We were on 7. But a quick ride up the elevator takes you to 12 to a huge window at the end of the hall. 3 The aquarium, Coca-Cola, and Olympic park are directly across the street. 4 Housekeeping was fairly quick to bring extra pillows and then later fixed our coffee pot. Eats: 1 The hotel breakfast is worth the extra fee. *Bacon* 2 Ted's Montana Grill. (Walkable) Atmosphere! Food! Decent prices. 3 Johnny Rockets in the same building around the corner. Great prices especially for downtown. 4 Varsity. (walkable for a few) apparently a local legend. Their iconic orange shake tastes like it's made from sherbet instead of ice cream..... delicious!!! 5 Hotel pantry. For the late Sunday night hunger and all of downtown Atlanta is closed.....even Waffle House!!! Downside: 1 The rooftop pool would've been amazing. However, every time we checked, it was WAY too crowded and noisy for any enjoyment. People playing loud inappropriate music over their speakers, women making TikTok videos of each other twerking in their bathing suits, ect. Even my kids wanted no part of it. Saw other families come and go immediately. But, ah well, luck-of-the-draw I guess. 2 The parking garage is open to the public as well as hotel guests.

Great hotel. Very nice amenities. The room was very clean

The hotel is conveniently located downtown and walking distance to many fantastic attractions.

Property was very well taken care of. Close to everything!

Pros: proximity to attractions such as Aquarium, World of Coca Cola, and Centennial Park. Staff was friendly and quick to deliver when we needed anything at all. Our ac was not working and they moved us to a different room the next morning-comped one room night with no pushback. I appreciated that! Cons: Hotel rooms could be cleaner (showers, nightstands, etc.) Hotel policy states no smoking, however the halls, elevators, and amenity areas reek of marijuana. The parking garage is close, but not well maintained (trash overflowing, foul smelling, $36 a night). The location is fantastic. *for those traveling with children, would not consider this a family friendly hotel.

The staff was very attentive, the rooms to enter have a protection that they were cleaned and in fact they were super clean, like all the hotel facilities.

Great location, clean, perfect view, abs Lysol wipes throughout hotel. My kids really enjoyed it and didn’t want to leave.

Loved the aquarium art and our room was very comfortable, aside from the obvious smoke smell in the room. It must have been a smoking room at one point and it was overwhelming unless we turned the air conditioning way up.
