The check-in part was very easy they have valet parking the breakfast is fabulous there’s eggs bacon sausage waffles pancakes juices. They have hot coffee all day long. If you need bottled water you just ask at the front desk. It’s just a really good place to stay.

It was very nice with nice customer service. The room was clean and the breakfest was very good.

Small rooms, elevators barely working, smelled like mold. Not good at all and do not recommend!

Musty / mildew smell in the hallways. One leak next to the elevator on the 2nd floor. The room smelled the same way until AC was on then the smell went a way. I would not stay here again.

This particular holiday inn express over books their rooms and then calls it first come first served when checking in. If you don't get there really early they give your room to someone else even though you have a reservation. Don't take the chance. Go somewhere else!

A/C in lobby area was not working. A/C in the room barely worked, still leaving the room terrible warm at night when sleeping. Staff was nice and decent. Hotel also advised that there was no free parking close by, only option was valet parking which was $25 per day!

This hotel met all expectations in terms of comfort, service, location and amenities. I came for a conference nearby, and it was perfect. Free wifii and breakfast is a plus. Also a Dinner was close. Great night sleep, it was quiet and comfortable.

I loved the location and the helpfulness of the staff. I was disappointed with breakfast starting at 7am. I felt that was a little late and had planned on having a bite before our race, but we had to leave the hotel by 6. Just a small inconvenience.

The hotel is a little dated but it is still nice. You can tell that the staff really works hard to make your stay enjoyable. Next time I have to stay in downtown Atlanta, this is where I will be staying.

I was there on Business. The staff was great location was convenient. The room was exellent and the price was right on.

Was awakened to someone trying to come inside the room around 9:30am the morning of check-out! Yelled "somebody is in here", whomever the person was did not respond and there was no knock at the door if it was a hotel staff person. Advised V. H. the Front Desk Manager and she said she asked housekeeping to start cleaning rooms early and that she would not charge for (complimentary) parking!The parking was $4 and was told that it was complimentary at check-in and to just bring the parking ticket at check-out. I would have happily paid $4 if my life depended on it. Traveled from out of state to see Cirque du Soleil Michael Jackson Immortal Show and realized the hotel was a great location and I have stayed at this brand in the past. Should have paid the extra $ for the competitor around the corner. Safety is most important! if it was housekeeping, the person should have known the room was still occupied, and knocked to announce themselves instead of keying open the door and still not say a word, just shut the door back. Horrified, was told check out was at noon couldnt sleep in checked out immediately after being awaken by someone barging into the room! Will never stay at that location again when visit Atlanta for an event!

Your front desk clerk when I arrived Friday morning was great. Every day she was very good to us and for us. She clean our room on the first full day because the cleaning staff didn't and after that our room did not get done we had to asks for extra towels every day we book the room with four people and got towels for 3 people one day after that we had to ask for a basic item like towels. Trash cans were over full and had to bag up trash and leave it on the tables because no one came to clean. I told the front desk clerk to ask the clean staff to clean our room and heard her tell them to clean our room (816) and when we got in that night we found it still dirty. Breakfast staff was wonderful and break was great.

I was there on business and asked to be moved twice because neighbors were up all night, Got lip service. requested they ask neighbors to be courteous. got lip service. Did not sleep as needed.

This particular holiday inn express over books their rooms and then calls it first come first served when checking in. If you don't get there really early they give your room to someone else even though you have a reservation. Don't take the chance. Go somewhere else!
