Very good！It's a pleasure to stay at Holiday Inn! The room is spacious. Clean and comfortable room, polite and friendly staff. The breakfast is rich and the service staff replenishes the food in time. It's just that the shower curtain in the bathroom is a little short, so water flows all over the floor when I take a shower. I have to clean it up myself every time after showering. This is a problem with the room's floor facilities.

The staf was super friendly and seemed like they all got along with each other well which is so awesome to see. The actual hotel was fine, room was kinda small, the bathroom was small and the door to it looked like a dingy metal janitor closet door, alot if scrapes on everything but everything was very clean. Breakfast is what you expect for a lower class hotel.

Hotel might need some maintenence and cleaning on carpets, elevators, and walls/frames. Good change would be replacing the carpets with tiles or wood vinyl to make it easier for cleaning. Room smells like humidity. Room and bathrooms have nice size. Breakfast very good. People nice and warm.

The hotel room reminded me of a prison but it was funny honestly! The staff were amazing and very hospitable. The location is good. We were there for a concert and was able to walk to State Farm Arena and back without feeling unsafe. The free breakfast was great ! Would go back honestly !
