The bed is so uncomfortable, bathroom so small. The front desk staff were rude when I asked about the cleaning of the room on my second day. The cleaning crew is amazing

The staff was very friendly and welcoming but I was not told upon checking in that there would be no daily housekeeping service. For the third day, I therefore made a morning appointment for housekeeping but when I returned at the end of my day, my room was as I had left it. The room itself was adequate. There is a great fitness center and the restaurant downstairs was fine.

Very old hotel, needs maintenance, parking with no security gate and have to pay a 12 dollar fee..breakfast to expensive for portions, there for three days and never came to clean the room.

The building is old , what I didn’t like was that none of the rooms had microwaves or refrigerators. The AC unit was odd , when it was on heat it would go to ac

All clean, friendly staff. The stay was brief but what we needed

My bed had a wet rag made in it. Other than that, excellent stay.

All the services and the facility was excellent. I like the cleaning of the room.

Customer service was on point. They were more than willing to accommodate and give a little extra!

I loved the hotel and it’s proximity to everything I needed!

Pay for parking. Whole place smelled of pot. It was quiet. I found an earring in my bed.

Great hotel. Clean. Great staff. Easy check in and check out.

Great stay, except for being charged to park $15. Overall, nice hotel.
