Great Rooms with a Braves Plus!

Have stayed at this hotel multiple times and each time it has been delightful. The rooms are comfy and clean. The staff is always friendly. The shuttle to the Braves stadium is a huge plus!

I was not assigned a room despite booking weeks before arrival generating unnecessary stress at check in. On site parking is over priced. The building is in need of repair and updating. With all of that said, the continental breakfast was lovely and the staff serving the food were incredibly polite and attentive.

RESIDUALS

I was greeted with a pleasant smile as I arrived. The attendant was courteous. I was informed by the manager that my room was given away as I didn’t check in the day prior, even though I paid for my stay prior to arriving. The manager stated all rooms were the same and that a room was available at PL. While I was there a lady came in and asked if rooms were available and they were informed that they were. She was given a room not on PL. The room I received was okay. Nothing spectacular about it. No refrigerator or microwave. Just a King size bed and tv. It served its purpose. SLEEP I believe the hotel needs upgrades.
