There was nothing wrong with hotel but, nothing great either. The staff was pleasant. The sofa bed was made from old railroad ties. Sufficient pillows. No smell. Parking was fine.

I checked in at 4pm. The AC was not working, they quickly sent maintenance who supposedly fixed it. After he left, 20 minutes later the AC still was not working. Since it was after 5pm they could not get him in to fix the AC. They told us we needed to switch rooms which was a pain since we had already started cooking. The front desk agent brought up only one key to the new room, knowing it was two of us moving to the new room. We didn't move right away, since we had tons of stuff to move. We called to get him to bring us another key and he FINALLY decided to help us move. The second room was much better. He also gave us a $50 voucher for a two night stay, saying he could not refund my money since we booked through Orbitz, even though he wanted to. I checked my voicemail on the hotel phone shocked to hear the front desk clerk telling someone that he didn't want us to get a free room. He didn't realize that he had not hung up. He assumed since it took us several hours to move that we were trying to use two rooms. I wont use that voucher and will never stay here again.
