The only negative I have that late in the night I notice that water was on the bathroom floor, I was too tired to go upnthe the desk and request another room. I informed the front desk at checkout but didn't receive a voucher for a extended stay nor any type of refund.

Beds was dirty hotels was dirty ask front desk to have my room re clean no one never came in top of no one ever coming it was blood on my walls make up stains. Just to much to the point we couldn’t take it anymore we left a whole day early DO NOT RECOMMEND

It’s was a good place

The cleanliness outside and around the building was great! Walking into the building it smelled amazing and the breakfast area was great! The room was nice had small imperfections but there was hair visibily left under bathroom sink and the WiFi in the room didn’t work so the TV wouldn’t play! The staff didn’t answer or was at the desk when we went for help.

We didn’t have any hot water the entire stay. It was warm at best. The toilet started to leak from the bottom/side and I called the front desk. There didn’t seem to be any urgency from the staff. I was headed out so I didn’t have time to stay and wait for room service to come. When I got back they had put a towel(that seemed to have mold or something on it) on the floor next to the toilet. No apology. No offer to change our room. Just nasty toilet water on the floor!!!! Stay elsewhere!

I wasn’t impressed compared to the pictures online. There was an odor in the room, holes in the walls and hair on our towels in the bathroom. The fridge smelt like someone had spaghetti in there for weeks and the tv wouldn’t comnect to the internet. Only stayed because it was close to where we needed to go. Never again though!

They haven't addressed the frim pillows woke up this morning with a stiff neck there was no trash can in the room this time and they still not fix the front elevators there rates change on Friday they call it weekend rate charges. Room 525 tolet seat need to be fix Room 517 dont get local stations.
