The whole property was Disgusting. I wanted my money back after being in that room for 23 minutes. The stains on the couch, the wore out Mattress that you could only sleep on one side, the bathroom floor was so slippery that you almost fall. That Toilet lid was so nasty you couldn’t even sit, and you can tell it was old as ever cause it was pealing. The towels was ruff like Brillo pads. And you has to wear shoes just to take a shower, what do you day to that. Nobody has to wear masks in the lobby, and they sell items out of their pantry however they want. She sold everything to me at 1 dollar a item and I am sure that is not how their manager priced it. If you looking at this property? Run.

Clean property. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. Conveniently located.

Before arriving I called the hotel to ask if they had a crib. They said all the cribs were rented for that night. When I arrived there I asked for a roll away and they had to switch my room to accommodate that, which was fine. But then someone with a crib canceled and they gave us the crib. The front desk employee was very helpful and was eager to help and problem solve to get us what we needed. The next morning we needed more towels and although the towel room was out, an employee went and found more towels for us and delivered them to the room within 5 mins. The hotel was clean and the pull out couch was comfortable to sleep on. The pool is tiny but our small kids had a great time in it. Continental breakfast was great, lots of options. Coffee was good. I would stay there again.

worst stay in my travel life. I hate it. will not go again

The hotel was great! Check was quick and easy. Front desk was quick to take care all of my needs. My room wasn't ready. However she upgraded us for the inconvenience. Breakfast was great. The ladies who attended the breakfast station were great. Room was clean and comfortable. The only thing is we were 15 minutes late checking out when a woman came knocking at the door stating the check out time. She also mention how the housekeepers needed to get in the room to clean because everyone wants to get home and enjoy the 4th of July with their family. That put a damper on what was other wise a great stay.

Great staff everyone is friendly ans the hotel stay good.

This is not a 3.8 star hotel. The pool was a milky color. The beds made so much noise you couldn't move in them. The faucet leaked all night. The toilet seat was smaller than the toilet which made it very uncomfortable. There was no toilet paper holder. There were stains everywhere. It smelled horribly of smoke.

Hotel was priced as a decent hotel should be but this isn't a good hotel. Beds were old and the linens didn't seem clean. I was told there was no internet in the place, but to my surprise the was. Wouldn't stay here again.

I've stayed at this hotel for almost 80 days this year while in Atlanta on business. It's well worth the money and is near everything I would need. This location makes it possible to go to many places while avoiding the heavy traffic.

The room was moldy/musty, shower had partially used shampoo container in it, and the fridge had leftovers in it. (not ours). No outdoor pool... The positives were - no bed bugs, linens were clean and the tv and internet worked.

Not good, but for the price you can't beat it!!! The rooms look old and the hotel was very hot and unpleasant.

This was a last minute hotel choice, the location of the hotel is misleading, it says "Galleria" but the hotel is probably about 4 miles away from the Galleria/Cumberland mall area. The hotel was decent for a Comfort Inn except for the smell of smoke in the halls, if they are going to allow smoking i think they should have a better air cleaning system.

The Comfort Inn & Suites was nice but old. the room had a wet dog smell and the bathroom had a strong urine smell. the location was very good and close to where we need to be and lots of fast food establishments in the area.

Everything was nice.
