Location and room cleanliness and layout!!Staff at check in was great.

Hotel Staff was great, I would visit again with no hesitation

Nice hotel. Great value. I will definitly be staying again!

Went to Auburn football game and had a blast. Very nice; very clean and staff very helpful. Would stay again

I was supposed to be close to the Atlanta Aquarium. I was a 25 minute cab ride away. They made me check in, check out in the morning, and then check back in for a two night stay. The price went up $70 for the second night. The room was poor, nothing in the room for added comfort. No bottled water, no snacks nothing. It was way to expensive, it certainly was not Hilton quality, far from it. The desk people could not figure out how to check me in for two nights, so thus, the check in, check out, and check in. Went to eat, was told they were closing in 20 minutes. So they drove me to another place to eat, but after they dropped me off, it was closed too. So a 40 minute cab ride back to the Aquarium with nothing to eat, but a $40 cab fare. It's by far the worst Hilton I have ever stayed in. It was like Motel 6 quality, but at $300 per night, I would have taken the Motel 6. I would never stay at that dump again, nor would I tell anyone to say there unless I really didn't like the person. Oh, and I asked the front desk for bottled water, it was warm and cost $3. It was $1 in the vending machine for the exact same bottle of water, but it was cold.

It was very busy at checkout but one of the staff members was very nice and accommodating

The staff was extremely friendly-A+.. I feel like the bathroom could have been a little more cleaner.. besides that it was very nice..

Checked in with no issues. The next day when i opened my curtains to let some light in, I noticed there were a lot of stains around the bed and frame. Reported it to the front desk and the HR manager came to check the room and apologized and made sure we were moved to another suite asap. He also made sure that we had comp drinks and some bonus points for the inconvenience. The staff was great, Desire was definitely helpful and made sure we were taken care of.

Beds and pillows were super comfortable. King room was large and spacious. Excellent location with local restaurants and shopping within 5 minutes.

A perfect stay for me and the girlfriend. Speedy check-in. Spacious, clean, quiet suite. Comfy bed. Hot shower. Close to the shopping and restaurants in the Sandy Springs area, and also not too far from Buckhead.

My experience was awesome and I totally would recommend this hotel to friends and families visiting Atlanta.

Staff was friendly, pool and whirlpool was extremely unclean.

The room was nice, large and very clean also very quiet which is a gold star for me. the staff were professional Mrs. Allison and Mr. Chris have very beautiful personalities and carried a smile on their faces at all times.

This hotel was very clean and the king suite was very comfortable.

Very clean remodeled rooms, and the staff was world class.

When I arrived at the hotel after a long 9 hour drive, I was informed that there was a flood and that my room was no longer available. I was then informed that they transferred my reservation to an Embassy Suite down the street. No apology just a print out with the new reservation. The Embassy Suite was difficult to find and older and very noisy.
