The staff was rude and unwelcoming. The room was tiny, musty, smelly, had threadbare sheets, pillows were old and worn out with no support, and I got a rude awakening earlier than I wanted to get up by the sound of the maid beating on the door very early in the morning. Television had spotty reception and mainly stayed on the "no reception" screen the entire stay. Elevator attendants were absolute jerks and prevented me from meeting my guests on the rooftop because I was wearing a HAT! (I have a bald head and need a hat to prevent sunburn.). The parking attendant can't did everything but BEG for a tip, and the $35 per night parking fee was not disclosed at the time of reservation. Speaking of begging, the outside of the hotel was lined with beggars demanding money, day and night! I demanded a cancellation and refund but was met with a bad attitude and "so what" demeanor from the front desk attendant. I the second night I went on the balcony after leaving my hat in my room, and the complimentary wine was sour and undrinkable. My guest and I had to pour our out because it was so bad. I thought I was staying in a "nice" hotel, but it was as if I had checked in to a roach hotel with an inexplicable attitude. I wouldn't suggest anyone staying here. I certainly won't. Not only are the employees inattentive and uncaring, they show the highest level of disregard for even the most basic decencies of a stay. Ungrateful, disrespectful, and uncaring with a cavalier attitude.

Amazing staff and very close to the dome! Complimentary wine hour and they offered a great lemon alcoholic welcome drink!

We had a nice room, gracious staff, extremely convenient location, and a relaxing weekend. We dropped off the car when we arrived Saturday and did not take it out again until we left Monday -- walking to attractions, restaurants, Philips Arena, Centennial Olympic Park, and more. We will stay there again.

One night stay. Very friendly staff. Loved the shower

perfect if you are staying solo. rooms tiny and stylish. restaurant delicious!

it was a lovely view but the bartender on the roof didn't mix good drinks. It was disappointing.

The pictures on the website are misleading. The picture of the room doesn't show how cramped the space is. The rooms are TINY. There is about one foot of space on each side of the bed. The website shows a room with a bathtub, but the only room that has a bathtub is the penthouse. Service was very good. When you check in they offer complementry drinks and they have a complementry wine hour in the lounge. I guess they do that to try and make up for several issues. There is a bar and a restaurant downstairs, but the restaurant doesn't have a lot of choices and the food is only okay. A few blocks drive from the hotel and you start to see homeless people. I was waiting outside for a cab and had some bum come up to me and beg for money. For the money spent, it's not worth going back.

It wa a fantastic experience. The staff could not have been more professional.

Amazing hotel in city of Atlanta! Great views of city. Great place to stay friendly staff. Hotel bar was awesome. Roof top bar view was great!

Loved the location. Enjoyed the restaurant, esp dinner. Roof bar is great!

Loved it, great location, staff & value. Would definitely return.

My husband and i checked in before our Christmas Party downtown. We were walking distance to the party site ..Parking and baggage delivery is quick..We really enjoyed the comfort of our room. From check in to check out everyone was very helpful and so pleasant . we are planning another stay soon.

A great choice for a hotel in Atlanta. It's a beautiful hotel with a dramatic and elegant interior. The cupcakes they offer at check in were delicious! I would highly recommend staying at the Glenn!

Staff was very helpful, perfect location for walking around downtown Atlanta, very convenient. Decor was modern & chic. Room was great, clean & comfortable for a young adult getaway.

This is absolutely one of the best hotels I have been to. Everybody here is really friendly. At the time of checking in me and my husband Arrived late and everything was closed. So the Concierge helped us get some food that night and had it delivered to hotel.

Visiting our son, we stayed at the Glenn located at Centennial Park for five nights. Staff is very accomodating and room is medium in size but very useable. Giant shower! Loved our bed. Would use the Glenn again for our downtown address.

Excellent value for the location. 3 blocks away from the Georgia Dome. No pool but the hotel was clean and the rooms were very nice.

The atmosphere of the hotel was really charming. Although I didn't get a chance to visit the SkyLounge at night, a quick walk around proved rewarding. My only complaint was that the bathroom was exposed to the entire bedroom which seemed odd. Additionally, a member of the staff walked into our room early in the morning and told us the front desk had told her we had already checked out. Otherwise, it's in an awesome location and a great value.

The hotel was in a great location...walking distance to several destinations - Centennial Park, CNN Tour, World of Coca-Cola Tour, and the Georgia Aquarium. It was not too far from Stone Mountain, the Zoo Atlanta, and the Martin Luther King Historic Site. First time in Atlanta and it was great!

Very nice, updated room. Bathroom was very cool, liked the design. The hotel bar was a great place to relax and hang out. Very tasty appetizers.
