Wentbfor music midtown. Hotel was Conviently located , has cool History , easy parking and we had a nice stay

Room is small and bathroom is tiny. The bed smelled like it hadn't been cleaned. The internet did not work for 24 hours on Sunday. Then the TV also stopped working. Every single day the entry cards would stop working and every single night I was there (four nights) I had to come down to swap the entry card for a new one. I think that their system disables them after a day or something. Overall very poor quality hotel. Not having wireless or TV is just beyond the pale. It is the first time I have had such a poor experience staying in a hotel. I normally don't leave reviews but just had to.

Very good value for the money. Great location and generally clean. However, the bathroom is very small and the walls are so thin that you can hear very clearly what the other people in the adjacent room doing.

Staff was super, especially Xavier. He was very helpful to me.

This was the hotel I always booked for myself, and recommended coworkers to use on trips, never again. Booked hotel for work trip, about thirty minutes after booking trip had to be rescheduled. Called hotel, first employee told me to call back a few hours later. Figured it wouldn't be a problem canceling same day of initial booking. Called again when told to, and spoke to a manager. I explained the situation and that regurally use them, they could have checked my frequent traveler hotel number to confirm. Manager refused to even move it to the new date or give me any credit twords the new date. I understand if it was weeks latter, or even the next day, but same hour as booking and I can't cancel or move dates is an unsustainable policy. I can not risk using them again. There are plenty of other equivalent hotels in Atlanta. Can not believe I actually payed a few bucks more at times to stay here in the past, than I could have at other identical hotels. Lost a loyal customer.

The room was OK, but small and not very clean. It looked more like your teenage son's bedroom quickly converted to a hotel room. The room key was horrible. The key card didn't work well. Each time I came back to my room, I had to go down to the front desk to reactivate the key card. But the front desk was so under-staffed that I had to wait 30 minutes just to get my key card reactivated. There were long lines. I don't blame the staff. They were nice and working hard. But it looks like that the management wants to cut the budget so bad that they don't care about basic services.

House keeping insisted at 8am that we were supposed to check out that day even though we paid for an extra day! Regardless of the additional day we had the do not disturb sign on our door and they still woke us up at 8am when check out was not until noon. Hotel has no mini fridge and you have to go to the front desk for ice. Very inconvenient. Shower was clogged and overflowed into the floor after every use. besides the location, this hotel SUCKED!!

Great value, European style hotel, bathrooms were small but good deal for the money.

The hotel is located nicely for walking to Bobby Dodd Stadium. The outside noise was high but you can expect that being downtown Atlanta. Sirens and such. Overall nice stay. I would use this hotel again.

It's good, not great, mostly because of the size. You could touch your nose to the bathroom sink while sitting on the toilet if you tried hard enough the bathroom is so small. But the room is clean and comfortable and the location is good. Just don't expect a lot of space.

1 pkg of coffee/room, breakfast menu identical to hotel's who offer a 'free breakfast' to guests who prepare their own, coffee machine in lobby w/$1.50/cup. Employees who were at front desk friendly & helpful. I'd recommend this hotel but inform friend of very limited services.

The room was good. Same style as last year so I knew what to expect. Other than sleeping, I did not spend much time in the hotel. The only thing I do not like about the hotel is the extremely small bathrooms. Almost no room to turn around/walk through in between the toilet and sink. Nothing that can be done about that I suppose. Would have been better to lose a foot or two in the room to use for the bathroom. Not sure what restrictions they were under for the remodel I think was last year. If you are handicapped or have reduced mobility, make sure to check on this.

The staff was courteous and had compassion for guest. It was a pleasure staying @ Hotel Indigo. I recommend this Hotel enjoy your stay!

Indigo exceeded my expectations with regard to a quick registration, first floor snack area to choose a quick and easy dinner solution and friendly staff!

First time staying at Indigo. Pros/Cons list: PRO _We had tickets for a show at the Fox Theatre so it was super convenient. _Everyone we interfaced with was super helpful and courteous _Had the option to self-park [same fee] _Room was neat. Bed made well but got the feeling it had been empty a while. Dusty, etc CON _Room was a bit rundown and SMALL _I could sit on the toilet and wash my hands at the same time _The room wasn't dirty per se but there were some details that bothered me. For instance, a ring in the toilet bowl which indicates either it had not been used in quite a while or just wasn't cleaned. _Shower so small we decided to skip it since we were only there over night. _No mini bar/fridge _Dinky wardrobe instead of closet

Overall I enjoyed my stay at Hotel indigo. The place is nice and cozy. My room had a nice view of downtown Atlanta. The bathroom could've been bigger,the bed was very comfortable. My friend and I really enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff were very professional and hospitable.

The hotel was very (ok) nothing good nothing bad. It's vert small and the bathroom is very very very very small lol. This was a joke reading everyone's review thinking the bathroom couldn't be that small but they are not lying. You also have to pay 20 dallor a a night for paking in the next door hotel. Waste of my time.

Went with guys to celebrate a wedding. We took in a Braves game. We were within walking distance of The Varsity. Would do it again!

Great service enjoy staying great location near Marta staton north avenue Hot water provided clear instructions great staffs

great location and value, paper-thin walls.

Very good value for the money. Great location and generally clean. However, the bathroom is very small and the walls are so thin that you can hear very clearly what the other people in the adjacent room doing.

the room key didn't work
