I love the Hyatt properties! I booked my one night stay after a horrible experience at a different hotel! Upon checking in and speaking with the receptionist about why I was there, she was really empathic and was pleased I ended up there! My room was a perfect step up from the night I previously had!

Wait 1hr and half to do check in. Breakfast was a completly disaster, no logistics at all.

I called to see if I could check-in early. They mentioned they didn’t have any more rooms for early check-in. That was fine it was only about an hour before check-in, so we went downtown to explore a little. Once I arrived to the hotel at about 3:20pm they said they had to see if my room was available. After 20 minutes of waiting with my child in the lobby I went back to service desk. I asked the lady if I could switch from a double bed room to a king bed with a couch. She said that would be fine. She did adjust the price for me and I received the keys. I went to the room only to find out it was a dirty/uncleaned room. We had to go back to the service desk to get a different room. Once we arrived to the new room it appeared clean. The shower glass sliding door was broken off tracks and we couldn’t control the A/C. Great location to restaurants and gas station.

Faucet was broken in sink. Air condition was extremely loud. Front desk was was revolving door with at times no one there.

Everything was fine, pleasant staff. Check out nearby Malones for a great steak or burger, French onion soup.

Very nice accommodations... Beautiful and clean, good condition.... great value.

Hotel hallways and elevators had no air conditioning. It was extremely hot. The check in representative was rude. The pictures on the website are totally different from the actual hotel.

Great hotel...the room was everything! I love the size and space...had a great stay...the only caveat was the HOT SLOW SCARY ELEVATOR...Please fix it.....oh the breakfast was great...try the sliced potatoes and cheese.

I thought hotel was nice and friendly but to come back to a clean room but your missing a thousand dollars that I believe housekeeping stole out my bible that messed up my whole stay plus I didn’t even receive anything for being stole from not even a comp night I had 2 rooms at location spent a nice amount for it then someone stole money out of my room will probably never stay at this location ever again

The air condition was out in the lobby there was no one to help me with my bags no trolley available I came in one evening people were hanging around outside. I told the staff she told me it was a hotel what did I expect then she asked me did I tell security. Security was nowhere to be found my car was tampered with she told me they had break-ins the water was off my shower didn't work and now I think they charged me again when I paid through you now I'm not so sure I'll use your company again. Extremely dissatisfied customer!

This was a nice hotel. Friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. There were lots of dining options nearby. Convenient to airport.
