It feels more like a motel than a hotel. The property is in poor condition with broken appliances, showers, and towel rods, and it definitely doesn’t meet Hyatt standards. The breakfast options are very limited — mostly cold items with nothing particularly healthy. Also, complimentary water bottles are not provided unless you specifically ask at the front desk. The only positive is its proximity to the airport.

The property looks like it’s under construction but they weren’t actually doing construction. Very worn. Not outdated but definitely could use some sprucing up. It bothered me that there weren’t any baseboards along the floor. The room was pretty clean. Staff was great. Breakfast was good.
